Nel referto, hanno scritto varie cose senza però specificare nemmeno: ginocchio destro o ginocchio sinistro. E le ginocchia sono ben diverse, nel mio caso... Ho inviato, con whatsapp, una richiesta di risonanza magnetica ai primi del mese di luglio 2020, allegando foto della ricetta medica del ssn. Mi rispondono che mi faranno sapere. A distanza di oltre due mesi, il 18 di settembre 2020, perdurando il silenzio del centro, sollecito una loro risposta. Mi chiedono di inviare di nuovo la ricetta medica, in quanto non riescono più a scaricare la foto.? Sarà perché la richiesta non era per una prestazione interamente a pagamento? DA EVITARE!!!!! Al telefono non mi si chiede nulla, mi si dice solo che devo fare l'analisi della creatinina. Io non so che, avendo avuto una storia di allergia, bisogna fare preliminarmente una preparazione con cortisone, ma me lo dicono solo quando mi presento all'appuntamento, quindi mi rispediscono indietro senza esame. La segretaria, per salvare la faccia, non solo dice che è impossibile che non mi abbiano chiesto al telefono dell'allegria ma ritiene di avermelo detto lei stessa al momento del pagamento, mezz'ora prima dell'esame, cosa non vera! Quindi implicitamente mi dà del bugiardo e del rincoglionito! Condotta sbagliata. Dopo una settimana finalmente faccio l'esame. Esco dalla sala RM e un'infermiera mi dice di aspettare in camerino che poi mi chiama e mi toglie l'ago dal braccio. Dopo un quarto d'ora di attesa mi affaccio, e lei cade dalle nuvole, " ohh, mi scusi mi ero dimenticata..." Mi aveva scordato in camerino. Pazzesco. A proposito di distrazioni, sul referto della RM, riscrivono la stessa conclusione dell'ecografia....che però era stata smentita dalla stessa RM. Speaking of distractions, on the MRI report, they rewrite the same conclusion of the ultrasound ... which, however, was denied by the MRI itself.
