★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per una visita dermatologica di cinque minuti, prenotata una settimana prima, ne ho aspettati 20 prima di entrare…il tutto è avvenuto nella fretta più totale, la dottoressa non ha nemmeno provveduto a cambiare il telo del lettino che era evidentemente già stato usato. La sua soluzione ai miei problemi è stata molto banale “se vuoi toglierlo, non è necessario, puoi andare in ospedale”
Fossi andata in ospedale direttamente avrei risparmiato i soldi della “visita”. Trattamento del paziente 0, non ho mai conosciuto una dottoressa più frettolosa di quest ultima per un problema che per me è delicato. Mai più.

His solution to my problems was very trivial "if you want to take it off, it's not necessary, you can go to the hospital"
Had I gone to the hospital directly I would have saved the money for the "visit". Treatment of patient 0, I have never known a more hasty doctor than the latter for a problem that is delicate for me. Never again.

Il call center disponibile e gli specialisti esimi dottori e professori hanno offerto risposte e soluzioni ai problemi.
È un punto di riferimento fondamentale per me questo centro, a volte per tutti necessario se si ha bisogno di aiuto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Più che di donazioni in questa struttura stasera si è verificato un vero furto.
Organizzazione che definire pessima vorrebbe dire che si offende il pessimo.
Oltre al fatto che si fissa un appuntamento per una determinata ora e si esegue la prestazione oltre un'ora e mezza dopo, è la prestazione stessa che lascia basiti.
Il Professor Mollo, così come ama farsi definire, oltre a fare entrare altre visite senza che siano prenotate, chiede il pagamento di una visita mai eseguita, (è l'unico ginecologo che visita senza nemmeno sfiorarvi, un vero mago) e il pagamento di una ecografia pelvica cercando di farla passare per transvaginale. Alle rimostranze alla reception, dopo un breve confronto con il professore di cui sopra, ci viene risposto che anche chiedere come và è da considerarsi una visita. Andate in altre strutture a farvi spennare almeno lì non vi dicono che lo fanno per beneficenza

Grazie al modo scrupoloso che lo contraddistingue, con esami approfonditi abbiamo scoperto tumore maligno alla prostata. Ci ha accompagnati e seguito con interesse per tutto il percorso. GRAZIE ❤️.
Purtroppo pessime esperienze con ecogrago dott. Lilli. Non ha visto evidente lipoma alla schiena a mia figlia e altre cose che vorrei evitare per non infierire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualche giorno fa avevamo bisogno ecografia addome urgente per un parente che non sapeva come fare e a chi rivolgersi. Per caso un amico ci ha indirizzato alla lilt di Avellino e lì siamo andate; dopo aver spiegato il motivo la risposta è stata immediata. Nessun altro ci aveva dato ascolto. Per questo, per la gentilezza e la professionalità dei medici e degli operatori e di tutto il personale ringraziamo di cuore chi ha risposto alla nostra richiesta di aiuto con immediatezza e umanità.
A few days ago we needed an urgent abdomen ultrasound scan for a relative who did not know how to do it and who to turn to. By chance a friend directed us to the lilt in Avellino and we went there; after explaining the reason, the response was immediate. No one else had listened to us. For this reason, for the kindness and professionalism of the doctors and operators and of all the staff, we sincerely thank those who responded to our request for help with immediacy and humanity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mio padre doveva fare una radiografia di controllo, richiesta dallo specialista. Ho provato a chiamare alcune strutture sanitarie ma la prenotazione era possibile solo a distanza di mesi. Allora ho telefonato alla LILT di Avellino e mi ha risposto subito una volontaria che mi ha fissato l'appuntamento senza lista di attesa, tenendo conto anche dei nostri impegni di lavoro. Ho accompagnato mio padre che in poco tempo ha effettuato l' esame richiesto, ricevendo anche la relazione completa di CD, dopo che il medico ci ha spiegato i dettagli e ci ha rassicurato sull' esito favorevole dell' esame. Per la gentilezza, la competenza e l' organizzazione dei medici e personale, ringrazio la LILT di Avellino che resta un patrimonio prezioso del nostro territorio.
My father had to do a control X-ray, requested by the specialist. I tried to call some health facilities but reservations were only possible after months. So I phoned the LILT in Avellino and a volunteer immediately answered me and set an appointment for me without a waiting list, also taking into account our work commitments. I accompanied my father who in a short time carried out the required examination, also receiving the complete report of the CD, after the doctor explained the details and reassured us about the favorable outcome of the examination. For the kindness, competence and organization of the doctors and staff, I thank the LILT of Avellino which remains a precious heritage of our territory.
