C	Chiara Mazzilli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un centro cardiologico pessimo, professionalità pari a 0, mancano le basi del vivere civile in quel posto. Disordine e scarsa igiene la fanno da padroni, e privacy violata in ogni sua forma. Ci sono stata per un ecg da portare ad un anestesista e assicuro che non sono andata via solo perché all'ottavo mese di gravidanza avevo bisogno dell'esame e con l'esenzione l'ho pagato 5 euro. Ma una visita lì non l'avrei mai pagata. Pazienti anche molto anziani trattati senza cura, porte sbattute, carte a terra nello studio, risultati degli esami, consigli e terapie date in mezzo al corridoio o sulla porta a dispetto di qualsiasi normativa sulla privacy o comunque di ogni buona norma di vivere civile. Personalmente sono entrata e senza aspettare nemmeno che posassi la borsa mi è stata alzata la maglietta e detto di sbrigarmi perché lei, la dottoressa, era in ritardo ad un impegno con il marito, sono stata stesa sul lettino in fretta, senza sapere che oltre ad essere all'ottavo mese ho un problema alla schiena che mi impedisce movimenti veloci, ma inutile provare a parlare con una persona così intrattabile. In pochi minuti ero fuori con un pezzo di carta dove ovviamente si dice che è tutto nella norma, ma non so se dubitarne, figuriamoci se avesse dedicato un minuto in più a controllare se qualcosa non fosse stato nella norma. Mi dispiace per il collaboratore, una persona pacata e evidentemente in gamba, avrebbe fatto meglio a lasciare lui da solo se aveva tutta questa fretta di andare via. E appena la signora sente che sarei andata con la ricetta (quindi pagando solo il ticket) inizia a trattarmi ancora piu male! Cerco di fare una domanda riguardo al mio problema ma la signora continua ad urlare e non mi lascia parlare!!! Mi da un appuntamento con una data lontanissima dicendo che avrei potuto avere una data piu vicina andando privatamente, cioè PAGANDOLA!!!!! Le dico si si in fretta e furia e aggiungo un MHA E concludo la telefonata! ovviamente All'appuntamento non sono mai andata!!! Cordialità pari a zero!!!! Senso di civiltà pari a zero!!! Pessimo!!!!! La Dr.ssa, mostrando la massima disponibilità è riuscita ad accontentarmi, nonostante le difficoltà. La stessa disponibilità l'ho constatata il giorno della visita, dove, nel giro di circa 2 ore di permanenza presso lo studio, la Dr.ssa è riuscita, anche grazie alla preziosa collaborazione del Dott. Iannaccone, a fare un check-up completo prescrivendo una terapia confacente ad un approccio multidisciplinare. In sintesi: professionalità e competenza e non da ultimo enorme umanità nei confronti del paziente e dei familiari.
