A careful and professional service. Too bad that for the brain resonance you are forced to go to Lucera, in the homonymous center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il centro meriterebbe 5 stelle per apparecchiature disponibili ma metto due stelle per il servizio di assistenza pazienti perché dopo aver contattato i due centri (San Severo e Lucera) per chiedere informazioni specifiche su un'indagine diagnostica di recente introduzione, sia via email che dopo contatto telefonico, dopo 20 giorni di attesa non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta ed è praticamente impossibile parlare con i medici (la cui professionalità e serietà non è minimamente in discussione) i quali potrebbero rispondere in due secondi ad una problematica che non è di competenza delle segretarie. Come al solito... In Italia sono tutti medici tranne chi ha la laurea in medicina!!!
The center deserves 5 stars for available equipment but I put two stars for the patient assistance service because after contacting the two centers (San Severo and Lucera) to ask for specific information on a recently introduced diagnostic investigation, both via email and after contact telephone, after 20 days of waiting I have not received any response and it is practically impossible to speak to the doctors (whose professionalism and seriousness is not in the least question) who could respond in two seconds to a problem that is not the responsibility of the secretaries. As usual ... In Italy they are all doctors except those who have a degree in medicine !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Studio con macchinari all'avanguardia, eseguito mammografia visita ed ecografia in un solo giorno,in tempi brevi, dottoressa gentile e preparata,ma un plauso va soprattutto alle segretarie professioniste nel settore, disponibilità e cortesia al top, costi giusti.
