★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ritengo scandaloso dopo aver telefonato ed avuto conferma della fattibilità di determinati esami e solo dopo aver fatto un'ora di fila, sentirmi dire che quell'esame radiologico loro non lo fanno. Non si può fare accettazione e dare informazioni alle persone appena arrivano? O meglio dare telefonicamente informazioni corrette? Adieu!
I find it scandalous after having called and confirmed the feasibility of certain tests and only after having done an hour in a row, being told that they do not do that radiological examination. Can't you check in and give information to people as soon as they arrive? Or better to give correct information by telephone? Adieu!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata in questo centro per effettuare un esame radiologico, previo appuntamento telefonico, in data 2 luglio 2020. Nella sala di attesa B, dove faceva bella mostra un cartello che invitava a sostare in massimo 4 persone, causa covid, ne ho contate ben 14! Stessa situazione nella sala d’attesa A, per non parlare della folla sul pianerottolo! Nessun controllo, ovviamente.. alla faccia delle raccomandazioni contro gli assembramenti sugli studi e laboratori medici!! E’ una vergogna! Aver preso appuntamento telefonico e’ stata una farsa: ho atteso un’ora e mezza il mio turno!
I was in this center to carry out a radiological examination, by telephone appointment, on July 2, 2020. In the waiting room B, where a sign was displayed that invited to stop in a maximum of 4 people, due to covid, I counted as many as 14 ! Same situation in the waiting room A, not to mention the crowd on the landing! No checks, of course .. in the face of recommendations against gatherings on medical studies and laboratories !! It's a shame! Making an appointment by phone was a farce: I waited an hour and a half for my shift!
