★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai nessuno dovrebbe aver bisogno di un centro diagnostico, ma se purtroppo se ne ha bisogno in questo centro è possibile effettuare qualsiasi tipo di indagine diagnostica, visto la presenza di macchinari al'avanguardia e alla grande professionalità dei medici presenti c'è un grande afflusso di pazienti, e per questo a volte si può impiegare qualche ora più del dovuto per essere sottoposti all'esame di cui si ha bisogno

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergognoso, il modo in cui vengo trattato da un incompetente signorina addetta all'accettazione, prenotato da una settimana per una ecografia addominale per le ore 16,30 arrivo in anticipo alle 16,00 chiedo alla signorina se l'orario di prenotazione verrà rispettato, perché essendo diabetico ed a digiuno da più di 5 ore non potevo correre il rischio che si abbassi troppo la glicemia, premetto che queste informazioni sono state fornite telefonicamente all'atto della prenotazione, la signorina con fare infastidito mi risponde che ci sono già molte persone che aspettano e che quindi avrei dovuto aspettare molto oltre l'orario programmato. Al di là della scarsa professionalità e il modo scortese e maleducato con il quale sono stato trattato, senza per nulla tenere conto che la mia richiesta che venisse rispettato l'orario prefissato, non era per nulla pretestuosa ma legata alla mia patologiia, non credo in ogni caso che un cliente meriti di essere trattato in modo così irrigusrdoso, detto questo dopo aver fatto notare la scarsa professionalità del centro sono andato via per non tornarci mai più, da sconsigliare a chiunwue

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centro diagnostico d'eccellenza.. con dottori super efficienti e gentilissimi.. ma se avreste bisogno di parlare con la reception vi consiglio di parlare con il ragazzo molto gentile ed educato, se vi capita di parlare con la signora.. beh la scortesia, l'arroganza e la maleducazione in persona e al telefono poi... le stelle xkè il centro è efficiente il servizio è buono.. Un corso di buona educazione alla signora.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decido di fare tac da loro perché mi avevano consigliato . In poche parole mi dicono giorno da ritirare vado giorno dopo e non sono pronti . Varie cause mi riferiscono di passare giorno dopo non riesco a passare passo dopo due giorni ancora arrivo e non sono pronti . Da evitare andhe pervhe 80€ circa una tac mi sembra esagerato tutto sto tempo .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima, andato per una RM con mezzo di contrasto, la signora mi ha sbagliato la prenotazione e non ho potuto farla. Permesso preso a lavoro inutilmente, mi scade la ricetta e dovrò rifarla, insomma un servizio dire che è pessimo sarebbe un'eufemismo. La signora all'accettazione no comment, purtroppo non è colpa sua ma non ci arriva proprio cerebralmente.
Bad experience, went for a MRI with contrast, the lady got my reservation wrong and I couldn't get it. Permit taken at work in vain, my prescription expires and I will have to do it again, in short, saying that a service is bad would be an understatement. The lady at the reception no comment, unfortunately it is not her fault but she does not get there quite cerebrally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siete dei macellai improvvisati!! Vengo a fare un ecografia,la stampano e me la danno dicendo di avere una distrofia muscolare, senza dirmi che avevo anche un calcolo grosso come un 1cent. Che il dottore cieco di un altro ambulatorio ha visto poi!! Se torno e solo per alzarvi le mani addosso.
You are improvised butchers !! I come for an ultrasound, they print it and they give it to me saying I have muscular dystrophy, without telling me that I also had a stone as big as a 1cent. What the blind doctor from another clinic saw then !! If I come back it's just to put my hands up on you.
