★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se ci fosse la possibilità di mettere zero stelle lo avrei fatto molto volentieri. È dalle 8.30 (orario di ufficio) che sono attaccata al telefono per poter parlare con qualcuno,nemmeno il centralino risponde! È veramente vergognoso tutto questo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo, una negligenza unica, chiami al teléfono Nessuno risponde ma non una volta ma 10 volte al giorno e nessuno risponde vai sul posto e l’impiegato non c’è quindi mandi tutto via mail e nessuno risponde! Quindi io incinta di 7 mese devo rimanere senza medico di base perché loro non hanno voglia di lavorare!! SOLO QUI SI VEDONO QUESTE COSE!! Abominevole!!
Ps: non è la prima volta, quando ebbi il covid a novembre incinta di 3 mesi nessuno mai mi rispose per dirmi il da farsi dopo 4 giorni in maniera privata riuscii a farmi il tampone con esito positivo e l’asl non mando nessuna comunicazione a nessuno io chiamai per 10 giorni e nessuno rispondeva se non avessi messo in mezzo il sindaco starei ancora aspettando il tampone di controllo o se fossi stata un incosciente sarei andata in giro positiva al covid, tutto surreale qui al distretto 67!
Terrible, a single negligence, you call the phone Nobody answers but not once but 10 times a day and no one answers you go to the place and the employee is not there so you send everything by email and no one answers! So I 7 months pregnant I have to remain without a general practitioner because they don't want to work !! ONLY HERE YOU SEE THESE THINGS !! Abominable!!
Ps: it is not the first time, when I had the covid in November 3 months pregnant no one ever answered me to tell me what to do after 4 days in a private way I managed to get a swab with a positive result and the ASL does not send any communication to no one I called for 10 days and no one answered if I had not put the mayor in the middle I would still be waiting for the control pad or if I had been unconscious I would have gone around positive to the covid, all surreal here at district 67!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia moglie ha scritto un'e-mail un mese fa e non hanno ancora risposto alla sua e-mail. Ha un problema al cuore; quindi dobbiamo ottenere una tessera sanitaria e registrare un medico per lei il prima possibile!
Oggi siamo andati lì intorno alle 9:30, ma l'ufficiale non ha dato un numero per restare in fila e ci ha detto di tornare domani alle 7:30 ... perché ?? anche se l'orario di lavoro era fino alle 11:30 ... perché non ha rispettato il nostro tempo e la nostra salute !!!
È stato deludente .... !!!
My wife wrote an email a month ago and they still haven't replied to her email. He has a heart problem; so we need to get a health card and register a doctor for her as soon as possible!
Today we went there around 9:30 but the officer didn't give a number to stand in line and told us to come back at 7:30 tomorrow ... why ?? even though the working hours were until 11:30 ... because he did not respect our time and our health !!!
It was disappointing .... !!!

Fatta l email per mettere a me e mio marito il medico anche alle mie figlie il pediatra, ma nessuna risposta nn mi risulta neanche letta... Cosa dobbiamo fare? Chiamo nn risponde nessuno. Poi la gente fa casino e fanno anche bene. Dobbiamo chiamare i vigili il comune cosa dobbiamo fare? Vorrei una risporisposta

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma la sede è abbandonata? In 3 mesi in cui ho provato a chiamare hanno risposto una volta dal centralino per darmi informazioni sbagliate, neanche loro conoscono gli orari di apertura degli uffici.
Quando ho provato a contattarli via email hanno risposto inizialmente e poi non hanno più risposto, da precisare che quando rispondono danno informazioni incomplete (che uno con la terza media farebbe meglio).
Non è che questi sono altri furbetti del cartellino oppure sono in pausa caffè?
Varrebbe la pena chiuderla questa sede se poi uno con le tasse che paga, deve pagare per stipendi & co di questa gente.
Infine mi spiace votare con una stella, che sicuramente è troppo per come funziona questa sede.
