Ho preso una automobile e ho avuto una serie di problemi :l1) a lamcetta della benzina che non funzionava (mi hanno consegnato l'automobile con metà serbatoio) sostenendo che era guasto, salvo poi accertare che funzionava perfettamente 2)gli pneumatici sgonfi li ho dovuti far gonfiare durante il viaggio ben 3 volte 3)tergicristallo non funzionante. Alla consegna mi hanno contestato che non c'era il pieno. L'ho pagato ricoonsegnata come mi era stata data, ma mi hanno fatto pagare ben 20 euro di benzina. Complimenti sono stati capaci di perdere un cliente per 20 euro dopo aver pagato ben 567 euro per una macchina inefficienze. Non tornerò mai più in qesta agenzia. Preferisco rivolgermi a professionisti seri ed educati. Rude and rude staff. I took a car and I had a series of problems: l1) a gasoline blade that didn't work (they gave me the car with half a tank) claiming that it was broken, only to ascertain that it worked perfectly 2) the flat tires I have them had to inflate 3 times during the trip 3) wiper not working. Upon delivery they complained that there was no full tank. I paid for it returned as it was given, but they charged me 20 euros for petrol. Congratulations they were able to lose a customer for 20 euros after paying a whopping 567 euros for an inefficient machine. I will never go back to this agency. I prefer to turn to serious and polite professionals.

Innanzitutto la prima cosa che ci ha sorpreso è stata la velocità nel ricevere un preventivo di risposta da parte del titolare, persona disponibile e cortese. Per la prima volta un Autonoleggio mi consegna un veicolo pulito, sanificato e con pneumatici con battistrada intatto. Vista la mia esperienza sono pienamente soddisfatto e sicuramente mi affiderò a loro in futuro! Having to travel about 800km to reach the place to spend the holidays, with friends we decided to rely on this car rental which is located in the center of Avellino. First of all, the first thing that surprised us was the speed in receiving a reply estimate from the owner, a helpful and courteous person. For the first time, a car rental company delivers me a clean, sanitized vehicle with intact tread tires. Given my experience I am fully satisfied and I will definitely rely on them in the future!
