Devo dire che il personale è davvero cordiale, il livello di ordine e pulizia è eccellente e i tempi di attesa sono minimi. Considerando che dal momento in cui scrivo questa recensione avrei dovuto attendere un mese in altri luoghi per ottenere i risultati di una risonanza, qui in giornata nel giro di 90' posso già sapere con certezza se devo subire un intervento chirurgico o meno. Inoltre il medico radiologo mi ha fatto una diagnosi brillante ed è molto preparato . Dopo 15 minuti passati seduto sul lettino a sentir parlare al telefono il Radiologo Cosimo Maria Piazzolla dei problemi di connessione della loro linea internet, ho potuto spiegare che ero lì per un ecografia lombare, dato il perenne fastidio in una zona precisa dove a palpazione riscontro qualcosa simile ad una pallina. Procede per un secondo a passare la pistola scan sul punto, giusto per poter stampare una qualche immagine e dirmi che quello è UN osso e che probabilmente il dolore è dovuto ad ernie, con l'atteggiamento di chi fosse scocciato che ero lì a fargli perdere tempo. La velocità di esecuzione spesso corrisponde a poca premura, mancanza di spiegazioni e totale distacco verso la sintomatologia del paziente (anzi no... cliente). Forse è il termine giusto per indicare quello che sono per il Dottore le persone che vanno lì per capire meglio. Terrible.
