★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato dover dare una stella, se ne meritano zero. Mi sono presentato con esami fatti venti giorni prima e non mi hanno neppure chiesto il consenso a farne di nuovi in una stanza piena di rumori e gente che passava, con molta difficoltà e con un metodo che definire antiquato è un eufemismo.
Il dottore che mi ha visitato lo ha fatto in un ambulatorio impregnato di un puzzo di fumo nauseante.
Non ha risposto alle mie domande, ha tirato dritto con la sua tesi e quando mi ha dato l'ennesima risposta scontata sul mio acufene, si è messo in tasca 120 euro senza dare alcun suggerimento sulle possibilità di fare TRT o altro.
Quando gli ho detto che lo sapevo di avere un acufene non curabile e che cercavo di migliorare la qualità della vita e gli ho detto IO di qualche nuova tecnica di mascheramento, allora ha ammesso che forse c'era qualcosa che forse un suo amico faceva ... ed ha tirato fuori un numero che mi sono guardato bene dal comporre.
Risparmiare tempo e denaro.

The doctor who examined me did so in an outpatient clinic impregnated with a sickening stench of smoke.
He did not answer my questions, he went straight with his thesis and when he gave me yet another obvious answer about my tinnitus, he pocketed 120 euros without giving any suggestions on the possibilities of doing TRT or anything else.
When I told him I knew I had untreatable tinnitus and was trying to improve quality of life and told him about some new masking technique, then he admitted that maybe there was something maybe a friend of his was doing. .. and came up with a number that I was careful not to dial.
Save time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Speravo di trovare un centro all'avanguardia con tecnologie avanzate ma120€ per sentirsi dire "guardi il mio naso e segua la penna" mi sembrano davvero troppe!! Oltretutto per esami non richiesti effettuati in una stanza condivisa con altre persone.
Locali tristi e attrezzature obsolete.
Condivido in pieno le precedenti recensioni.. ho riscontrato tutto.

I was hoping to find a cutting-edge center with advanced technologies but to be told "look at my nose and follow the pen" I think it's too much !! Moreover for unsolicited examinations carried out in a room shared with other people.
Sad places and obsolete equipment.
I fully agree with the previous reviews .. I found everything.
Money thrown !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ al momento della prenotazione ho esposto la mia patologia perchè sospettavo fosse un centro mirato soltanto a promuovere l'acquisto di apparecchi acustici, oltretutto sono andata da Pontedera e ho dovuto chiedere un permesso al lavoro.Ho chiesto se avessero curato altri pazienti con il mio problema perchè avevo gia' fatto altre visite e sapevo che dei semplici esami dell'udito non erano piu' sufficienti e mi hanno rassicurata in tal senso. una visita totalmente inutile, ho pagato 110,00 euro per sentirmi solo dire che mi devo rassegnare e che l'unica soluzione al mio fastidio di pressione auricolare potrebbe essere che cosa? apparecchio acustico ovviamente.Quanto meno avrei preferito piu' onestà da parte delle segretarie quando ho chiesto informazioni al telefono.

Il mondo è pieno di macellai, affidatevi a veri professionisti
