Data decesso,
Orario cremazione
Il carro è arrivato in ritardo.
Nella sofferenza...un disastro totale...
Non ci serviremo di voi per nessun altro servizio.
 A delusion ...
For my mom's funeral they managed to get it wrong:

Flower headband,
Date of death,
Cremation hours
The wagon arrived late.
In suffering ... a total disaster ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto il tampone ma continuo a non aver ricevuto il risultato da oltre 4 giorni ... cosa che nei precedenti luoghi era stato veloce, devo pensare di essere ora negativa e quindi non interessante per loro? Io lo spero... ma dopo due mesi di chiusura a casa forzata mi sembrerebbe giusto avere il risultato magari finale?
I did the swab but I still haven't received the result for over 4 days ... something that in the previous places had been fast, I must think I am now negative and therefore not interesting for them? I hope so ... but after two months of forced home closure, it would seem right to have the final result?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niente può giustificare la mancanza di attenzione di cui sono stata oggetto il 12 aprile 2021 durante il ricovero nel reparto Covid a Villa Donatello . Ore 20,00 temporale .
Vengo trasferita con ambulanza della Misericordia di Rifredi all'ospedale di Santa Maria Nuova per eseguire TAC dopo intervento di Pace maker. Né il personale del reparto né quello della Misericordia si è preoccupato che dovessi camminare sotto la pioggia per un tratto all'andata e al ritorno.
Vestaglia e ciabatte...
Bastava avvicinare il mezzo all'ingresso,bastava una coperta sulla testa, bastava un po'di professionalità. No commenti. Simonetta Battaglia

I am transferred by ambulance of the Misericordia di Rifredi to the hospital of Santa Maria Nuova to perform a CT scan after a pace maker intervention. Neither the ward nor the Mercy staff worried that I had to walk in the rain for a while on the way out and back.
Robe and slippers ...

Stamattina 24 07 2021 alle ore 7:20 ho visto il ragazzo che portava i sacchi con indiferenziato fuori.Mi sono accorta che in sacco bianco erano mese insieme carta,guanti, camicia monouso, mascherine.Ho chiesto al ragazzo cortesemente di riportare il sacco dentro e non buttarlo La mia domanda....E giusto?Il personale e qualificato ,qualle sono le loro competenze ,sa distinguere i rifiuti speciali al rischio infettivo ? Penso che i camice sono stati indossati di personale qualificato. Grazie.

This morning 24 07 2021 at 7:20 am I saw the boy carrying the bags with undifferentiated out.I realized that in a white bag they were a month together with paper, gloves, disposable shirt, masks.I asked the boy to kindly bring the bag back inside and don't throw it away My question .... Is it right? Are the staff qualified, what are their skills, can they distinguish special waste from infectious risk? I think the shirts were worn by qualified personnel. Thank you.

They give you the result of the swab, when the virus has now mutated. I recommend not to swab, waiting for the very long results.

La struttura offre un ottimo servizio di prenotazione delle visite attraverso una piattaforma online intuitiva è molto flessibile. Ci sono molteplici specialità mediche servizi diagnostici e servizio di ambulanze. Ovviamente anche tutti i medici che lavorano presso questa struttura Sono molto bravi .
All the volunteers who serve at the Rifredi Mercy are very kind and competent. The structure offers an excellent tour booking service through an intuitive online platform and is very flexible. There are multiple specialty medical diagnostic services and ambulance service. Of course, all the doctors who work at this facility are also very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza vissuta da ipovedente grave. I displey sono in alto e per me inaccessibili. Inoltre un numero chiama diversi ambulatori che vengono indicati accanto al numero in scrittura più piccola del numero. Faccio presente la mia difficoltà all'addetta alle informazioni che la ignora . Sbaglio ambulatorio, disturbando mio malgrado, la visita.
Al momento che entro per eseguire la visita ginecologica, mi accorgo che non c'è tenda di protezione e che il lettuccio è posizionato di fronte alla porta. Faccio presente il fatto e la DottoreSsa che mi sta visitando mi risponde che un tempo la tenda c'era e ora non più.
Esperienza imbarazzante da non ripetere.
