Secondo me i pazienti non sono accuditi molto bene rispetto al prezzo che pagano. This is a nursing home for the elderly with a beautiful green park. It was a villa of the famous tenor Caruso. In my opinion, patients are not looked after very well compared to the price they pay.

Ritengo che possa essere una soluzione positiva per tante persone. Grazie a tutto il personale. I needed to use the services of RSA Villa Gisella during the pandemic period for my mother. I believe it can be a positive solution for many people. Thanks to all the staff.

Male organizzata sotto tutti i punti di vista,non per chi ci lavora ma per chi organizza il lavoro.I degenti purtroppo vengono allettati e abbandonati e tristemente trascurati.Io ho chiamato per ben due giorni 2/3 volte al dì per sapere come stava un mio parente perché ci era impossibile contattarlo e nei giorni passati ci garantivano che stava bene.Proprio il giorno del suo decesso ho chiamato ben 2 volte chiedendo informazioni e mi hanno garantito che stava bene e che me lo avrebbero fatto sentire al telefono...ma così purtroppo non è stato.NON MANDATE I VOSTRI PARENTI IN QUESTA STRUTTURA! I strongly advise against bringing your sane loved ones to this property. Badly organized from all points of view, not for those who work there but for those who organize the work.Unfortunately, the patients are enticed and abandoned and sadly neglected.I called for two days 2/3 times a day to find out how a my relative because it was impossible for us to contact him and in the past days they guaranteed us that he was fine.On the day of his death I called 2 times asking for information and they guaranteed me that he was fine and that they would let me hear him on the phone ... but unfortunately it wasn't. DO NOT SEND YOUR RELATIVES TO THIS FACILITY!

Io posso dire che nonostante il periodo di COVID19 con le sue regole di restrizioni abbiamo trovato operatori disponibili, sorridenti, socievoli. La mia mamma è contenta di tornare a casa, ma la struttura ci dà sicurezza e ci toglie tanti problemi che a casa dobbiamo risolvere. Each of us has different experiences. I can to say that despite the period of COVID19 with its rules of restrictions we have found operators available, smiling, sociable. My mother is happy to go home, but the structure gives us security and takes away many problems that we have to solve at home.

In tempi di non pandemia nella struttura i parenti con i propri cari potevano stare dalle 11,00 della mattina alle 19,30 (e non tutte le strutture lo permettono ) adesso per ovvie ragioni le visite sono diverse proprio perché c'è una massima attenzione per i propri ospiti. Ottima la cucina . Un bellissimo spazio all' aperto . Quindi perchi' avesse bisogno , consiglio vivamente questa struttura I have had my mother as a guest for 4 years and have never had any problems. In times of no pandemic in the structure, relatives with loved ones could stay from 11.00 in the morning to 19.30 (and not all structures allow it) now for obvious reasons the visits are different precisely because there is maximum attention for its guests. Excellent cuisine. A beautiful outdoor space. So for whoever needs it, I highly recommend this property

Nonostante il periodo difficile a causa delle stringenti normative dettate dal Covid, ho trovato in questa struttura molta professionalità e umanità da parte di tutto il personale. Un ringraziamento particolare allo staff dei fisioterapisti, che si sono sempre mostrati disponibili, competenti e che hanno permesso una completa ripresa alle autonomie di mia mamma. Esperienza molto positiva, grazie a tutti. Professionalism and care In recent months I have needed an RSA for my mother which I could not leave home alone due to an incidental fracture. Despite the difficult period due to the stringent regulations dictated by Covid, I found in this structure a lot of professionalism and humanity on the part of all the staff. A special thanks to the staff of physiotherapists, who have always shown themselves available, competent and who have allowed a complete recovery of my mother's autonomy. Very positive experience, thank you all.
L	Luigi Bazzocchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salve ,,ho già avuto modo di esprimere un giudizio su Villa Gisella, una lettera aperta alla nazione,,, e questo per esprimere i ringraziamenti a tutta la struttura per come ,,nel mio caso, è stata gestita mia mamma ,,prima che lei se ne andasse,, causa età e relativi problemi di salute.Non si vorrebbe mai arrivare a sistemare una persona anziana in una struttura,, ma problemi di tipo medico infermieristico non si possono affrontare e risolvere nelle propria abitazione. Villa Gisella ha tutti i requisiti per queste necessità ,,e nei mesi di presenza di mamma ho potuto valutare quanti ci possa essere di positivo in questa struttura ,,dall'accettazione ,dall' amministrazione e dai servizi sempre presenti per le necessità delle persone qui ricoverate. Se dovrò, in futuro, parlare di rsa nelle mie esperienze, Villa Gisella sarà un fiore all'occhiello nel ricordo di mamma , nel ringraziamento rivolto a tutta la struttura, e un augurio sentito per un lavoro che non ha prezzo sotto ogni aspetto, umano e organizzativo. Hi ,, I have already had the opportunity to express an opinion on Villa Gisella, an open letter to the nation ,,, and this to express thanks to the whole structure for how, in my case, my mother was managed, before she went away, because of age and related health problems. You would never want to settle an elderly person in a structure, but problems of a medical nursing type cannot be faced and solved in your own home. Villa Gisella has all the requisites for these needs, and in the months of my mother's presence I was able to evaluate how many there may be positive in this structure, from the acceptance, from the administration and from the services always present for the needs of the people here hospitalized. If, in the future, I have to talk about rsa in my experiences, Villa Gisella will be a flagship in memory of my mother, in thanks to the whole structure, and a heartfelt wish for a job that is priceless in every respect, human and organizational.
