Il telefono è SEMPRE OCCUPATO OPPURE TI METTONO IN ATTESA E NON RISPONDONO MAI. È successo sempre, nei tre anni che vado da loro che, DOPO DIVERSE CHIAMATE per prendere un appuntamento con il mio dottore, sono dovuta ANDARE DI PERSONA e ho trovato le segreterie parlando al telefono dei fatti loro... Coincidenze? A volte non hanno nemmeno messo giù la telefonata per parlare con me!! Questo ben prima del Covid. È una vergogna!
This medical center has good medical professionals BUT THE SECRETARIATS AND STAFF IN CONTACT WITH THE PUBLIC ARE HIGHLY INEFFECTIVE AND VERY VERY PROFESSIONAL.
THE PHONE IS ALWAYS BUSY OR THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD AND NEVER ANSWER. It has always happened, in the three years that I have been going to them that, AFTER SEVERAL CALLS to make an appointment with my doctor, I had to GO IN PERSON and I found the secretaries talking on the phone about their business ... Coincidences? Sometimes they didn't even put down the phone call to talk to me !! This was well before Covid. It's a shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sorprendo di vedere che ancora oggi nel 2021 si decida di prendere le prenotazioni via telefono e per giunta con una sola linea ed un solo operatore. Basterebbe fornire un indirizzo email agli utenti. Questi inviano email con nome e cognome e con la richiesta del servizio, voi rispondete con la data e l’ora dell’appuntamento. Semplice e veloce! La email ha il vantaggio di poter essere letta con calma. Inoltre funziona contemporaneamente per tutti gli utenti senza blocchi e senza limitazioni. Vi prego di considerare questo semplice metodo ed attuarlo cosi da rendere la interazione coi vostri pazienti piu’ semplice.
