★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata in questo ambulatorio per fare le analisi del sangue però dopo essere stata bucata ben 4 volte l’infermiera non e’ riuscita a effettuare il prelievo dicendo che la colpa è mia se non ho le vene. Ha mantenuto un atteggiamento indisponente costringendomi a rinunciare e andare via dopo 4 volte che ci aveva provato.
 I went to this clinic to do blood tests but after being punctured 4 times the nurse was unable to take the blood sample, saying that it is my fault if I do not have veins. He maintained an irritating attitude forcing me to give up and leave after 4 times he tried.

Personale molto gentile e professionale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale dell’accettazione gentile, ma organizzazione pessima, non c’è il minimo rispetto degli orari dell’appuntamento prenotato, nonostante arrivi il tuo turno, è un continuo arrivo di persone con il numero precedente ma in ritardo di molto, che comunque fanno passare avanti a te anche se è il tuo orario, cinque/10 minuti sono comprensibili, ma 45 minuti di ritardo è una mancanza di rispetto per chi lavora e non ha tempo da perdere. Il prelievo un disastro, infermiera dovo vari tentativi alla fine trova la vena muovendo l’ago dentro, vabbè almeno è simpatica. Riepilogando, arrivo 15 min in anticipo come buona norma vorrebbe, faccio l’accettazione nella tempistica del mio appuntamento, dopodichè la jungla, l’infermiera che chiama i numeri a caso, gente che arriva in ritardo di un ora e entra prima di te perchè guardano solo il numero, uscito con 45 minuti di ritardo rispetto all’appuntamento. adatto se non avete niente da fare…
