★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anche io ho contattato il servizio di assistenza Electrolux per la mia lavasciuga che si bloccava dopo 20 minuti dalla partenza Fortunatamente il tecnico ha risolto il guasto sistemando un filo che si era spezzato ho speso veramente poco mi sento soddisfatta e mi sento di consigliare. Allego delle foto a questa recensione per confermarne la veridicità
 I also contacted the Electrolux assistance service for my washer-dryer which blocked after 20 minutes from departure.Fortunately, the technician solved the fault by fixing a wire that had broken.I spent very little I feel satisfied and I feel I can advise. I am attaching photos to this review to confirm its veracity

Il tecnico dopo 10 minuti mi ha contattato dandomi un appuntamento al giorno dopo. il tecnico è stato puntuale nell'orario preciso nel lavoro e ha svolto un lavoro pulito riparando subito la mia lavatrice Electrolux consigliato

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato il servizio di assistenza Electrolux per far riparare la mia lavatrice perché mi dava dei problemi durante il lavaggio In sostanza saltare il salvavita il tecnico ha capito subito che era un problema di resistenza e ha controllato la lavatrice riscontrando la resistenza in dispersione. Pezzo di ricambio sostituito al volo perché ce l'aveva già con se nel furgone mi sono trovata molto bene esperienza super positiva
I called the Electrolux assistance service to have my washing machine repaired because it was giving me problems during the washing. Basically, skipping the lifesaver, the technician immediately understood that it was a resistance problem and checked the washing machine, finding the dispersion resistance. In questa giungla di centri di assistenza non si sa mai a chi affidarsi. Ho scelto loro per le oltre 130 recensioni. Perchè ho pensato che dalle 50 recensioni in giù potrebbero essere state fatte tutte da amici e parenti. E visto che loro sono gli unici ad averne oltre le 400 mi sembravano le più veritiere e di andare a colpo sicuro. Già al telefono ti rendi conto di parlare con persone gentili e oneste perchè il tecnico mi ha chiesto delle informazioni per cercare di risolvere la cosa al telefono e di capire se il problema non dipendesse da un fattore esterno ( rubinetto chiuso). Alla fine ho deciso di fissare un appuntamento. Il tecnico ha fatto di tutto per recuperare la valvola dell'acqua sporca, ma alla fine ho preferito io la sostituzione visto che aveva gia lavorato per 7 anni. In totale ho speso veramente poco 60 euro compresa la manodopera. Per quello che mi riguarda il servizio è stato eccellente , oltre le mie aspettative. Poi si sa, sbagliare può capitare sempre a chi lavora. Nel mio caso tutto perfetto. Grazie per il servizio di assistenza che mi avete dato da mia figlia che vive qua a Milano .

In this jungle of assistance centers you never know who to trust. I chose them for over 130 reviews. Because I thought that from the 50 reviews down all could have been made by friends and relatives. And since they are the only ones to have over 400, they seemed the most truthful and to go without fail. Already on the phone you realize you are talking to nice and honest people because the technician asked me for information to try to fix it on the phone and to understand if the problem did not depend on an external factor (closed tap). In the end I decided to make an appointment. The technician did everything to recover the dirty water valve, but in the end I preferred replacing it because it had already worked for 7 years. In total I spent very little 60 euros including labor. As far as I'm concerned the service was excellent, beyond my expectations. Then you know, mistakes can always happen to those who work. In my case everything is perfect. Thank you for the assistance you gave me from my daughter who lives here in Milan.
