★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Provvigione per la mediazione altissima, e anche il prezzo del notaio convenzionato con loro non scherza, “uno dei meno cari di Milano”, come dicono loro. Lo trovate facilmente a molto, ma molto, di meno.
So quello che dico perché ho proprio comprato casa nel 2016 attraverso questa agenzia.
Very high commission for mediation, and also the price of the notary who has an agreement with them, "one of the least expensive in Milan", as they say. You can easily find it for much, much less.
I know what I'm saying because I bought a house in 2016 through this agency.
