Effettuata proposta d'acquisto pilotata (ne avevano già ricevute altre 3 in base alle quali ci hanno fatto formulare la nostra); dopo due giorni ci contattano per confermaci e chiederci di anticipare il rogito di 4 mesi. Eravamo d'accordo di dare nostra conferma di anticipo dopo il weekend, ma sono SCOMPARSI. Invani i tentativi di contatto per i successivi 10 giorni (il sig. Mazza si negava sempre, la collaboratrice era sempre al suo primo giorno di lavoro, non sapeva mai nulla e ci assicurava che ci avrebbero ricontattati il giorno stesso). L'annuncio riportava anno di ristrutturazione (2017) che non era vero (scoperto solo dopo firma proposta). L'annuncio non è stato modificato ed è ancora online, nonostante, dopo nostra presentazione in agenzia, ci sia stato detto che l'appartamento è stato venduto. Credibilità zero. Professionalità zero. Superficialità nella gestione della compravendita. Se potete, rivolgetevi altrove. TO AVOID!
