★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente non professionali. Il venditore non aveva tempo per accettare la nostra proposta per l'acquisto di una casa. Ci ha rimandato alla sera dopo sostenendo che ci dava la sua parola che la casa era bloccata. Richiamato al mattino per essere certi di poter fare l'offerta dando anche disponibilità di andare da loro con assegno in mano subito al mattino. Ci rimanda al pomeriggio alle 5..peccato che mezz'ora prima ci chiama dicendo che un collega aveva ritirato una proposta!!!! Ovviamente poi abbiamo scoperto che lui era l'unico che aveva l'incarico per quell'immobile.
Absolutely non-professional. The seller had no time to accept our proposal to purchase a house. He sent us back to the evening after claiming that he gave us his word that the house was blocked. Called back in the morning to make sure that you could make the offer, also giving availability to go to them with a check in hand immediately in the morning. He refers us to the afternoon at 5am. A pity that he calls us half an hour before saying that a colleague had withdrawn a proposal !!!! Obviously then we discovered that he was the only one who had the job for that property.

Settimana scorsa non mi hanno nemmeno fatto fare la proposta perché a detta loro era troppo bassa, richiamo questa settimana e mi viene comunicato che due giorni fa hanno ritirato una proposta simile alla mia e vincolata al mutuo. Le proposte andrebbero comunicate al cliente e qualora l'offerta fosse troppo bassa andrebbe comunicato acquirente il motivo e la base minima del cliente. Mi spiace ma il livello è proprio basso.
Lack of professionalism is an understatement. Last week they did not even make me make the proposal because they said it was too low, I recall this week and I am informed that two days ago they withdrew a proposal similar to mine and bound to the mortgage. Proposals should be communicated to the customer and if the offer is too low the reason and minimum customer base should be communicated to the buyer. I'm sorry but the level is really low.
