Se volete affidarvi ad una agenzia con poca “bullshit” da agenzia immobiliare andate da loro. I bought an apartment from them and now that the deal has ended I can say that they are really good. Chiara and Nicolò (and their manager) were always available, always with a smile, competent, precise, very professional. Dopo svariate inesattezze con altre agenzie, ho preferito affidarmi a RES per l'acquisto della prima casa. In un primo momento, mi sono interfacciata con Daniele: disbrigo pratiche eccellente, con estrema dovizia di dettagli e spiegazioni intuitive. Ha dedicato moltissimo tempo non solo a me, ma anche ai miei genitori, apprensivi e molto puntigliosi (fuori sede). Una vera e propria conoscenza enciclopedica, aggiornata di continuo. Professionista brillante, empatico e sincero - valori non scontati, in un mercato immobiliare come quello di Milano, spesso cavilloso e truffaldino. In un secondo momento, ho avuto il piacere di conoscere anche Katiuscia e Lorenzo. At first, I interfaced with Daniele: I handle excellent paperwork, with extreme wealth of details and intuitive explanations. He has devoted a great deal of time not only to me, but also to my parents, who are apprehensive and very fussy (away from home). A real encyclopedic knowledge, constantly updated.
