Una volta acquistata la casa (e prese le provvigioni) non si sono rivelate persone serie ed affidabili.
Ho avuto bisogno di loro in due occasioni, nel primo caso avevo necessità di recuperare delle chiavi dal vecchio proprietario, non hanno mai risposto alla mia richiesta di aiuto via mail.
Nel secondo caso (colpa mia) 10 mesi dopo l'acquisto mi sono reso conto che non mi era mai stata consegnata la conformità dell'impianto elettrico. Contattati prima via mail poi 2 volte al telefono per riuscire a parlare con il titolare, non solo non mi hanno risolto il problema ma mi hanno prima detto che mi era stata consegnata poi che ero stato avvisato della mancanza del documento.
Super gentili e collaborativi quando c'era da vendere e incassare la provvigione....molto meno quando hai bisogno.
SCONSIGLIO.
 NEGATIVE experience
Once they bought the house (and took the provisions) they did not turn out to be serious and reliable people.
I needed them on two occasions, in the first case I needed to recover the keys from the old owner, they never responded to my request for help via email.
In the second case (my fault) 10 months after the purchase I realized that the conformity of the electrical system had never been delivered to me. First contacted by email then twice on the phone to be able to talk to the owner, not only did they not solve the problem but they first told me that it was delivered to me then that I had been notified of the lack of the document.
Super nice and cooperative when there was to sell and collect the commission .... much less when you need it.
NOT RECOMMEND.
