Tre appuntamenti nel giro di due settimane cancellati a poche ore dall'orario prestabilito perché l'immobile non era più disponibile. Il tutto ovviamente dopo aver chiesto altrettante volte un permesso al lavoro, facendo ripetutamente sprecare tempo a tre persone. Not very respectful, not very serious, not very professional. Questa Agenzia offre un servizio di pagamento sicuro del canone d'affitto tutti i mesi! poi a loro volta lo gestiscono affittandolo a studenti ecc.. fantastico! contratto in essere gia da 2 anni e mezzo e mai un ritardo! Recensione doverosa!! Coming from an "unhappy" experience with my old tenants I was looking for someone who could guarantee me a minimum of serenity. This agency offers a secure payment service every month! then in turn they manage it by renting it to students etc .. fantastic! contract already in existence for 2 and a half years and never a delay! Ho chiamato SCUSANDOMI e spiegando che il treno (Milano-Monza) fosse in ritardo e se gentilmente potevano aspettare 15 minuti. Ho spiegato che venivo proprio da Milano per vedere la casa e che ho dovuto pure chiedere un permesso dal lavoro ma niente, dal momento che alle 18:30 non ero davanti l’appartamento il Sign. non poteva assolutamente aspettarci. Sono molto precisa e puntuale negli appuntamenti ma allo stesso tempo sono precisa nel lavoro e credo che questo non sia il modo giusto di aiutare dei clienti. Si chiude qui la nostra esperienza con questa agenzia. Appointment set for 18:30 to see an apartment. My appointment was on Monday at 14:30, 10 minutes after leaving the apartment I started calling the agency to tell them that I want to rent the apartment but it kept ringing for a few time then line was busy. After a few times I guess my number was blocked because I got that the line is busy before my call went through. So I tried calling from another number and he immediately answered! I told him I was the one who just saw the apartment and I want to rent it. That was at 16:30! The guy told me that he will talk with the landlord and get back to me on either on Wednesday or Thursday. I stopped looking for other apartments because I thought that I gave my word to the agent that I want this house. Obviously no one called on Wednesday. I kept trying to call their office on Thursday but again no one answered. At 19:00 they guy finally answered and just said "the apartment is already rented" Shame on you for this horrible horrible HORRIBLE customer service.
