★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempo fa, il mio compagno fece fare una valutazione da una consulente di questa Agenzia Immobiliare, di nome Shakira, abbiamo riscontrato poca professionalità essendo molto sbrigativa nella consulenza, successivamente ci rendemmo conto che la consulente in questione sta dalla mattina alla sera al bar di via Ugo la Malfa, quindi sicuramente se dovessimo vendere non ci rivolgeremo a loro.
Some time ago, my partner made an evaluation by a consultant of this Real Estate Agency, named Shakira, we found little professionalism being very quick in consulting, then we realized that the consultant in question is from morning to evening at the street bar Ugo la Malfa, so surely if we were to sell we will not turn to them.

Per sempio ti fanno vedere gli appartamenti per cui esiste già una trattattiva senza neache avvisarti. Fai una offerta, ti dicono che l'appartamento è già impegnato e poi cercano di rifilarti altre ciofeche. NEL NOSTRO CASO E' GRAVE CHE NON SI SIA ARRIVATI TARDI NELLA OFFERTA (COSA NORMALISSIMA) MA CHE CI FOSSE UNA TRATTATIVA GIA' IN ATTO, DI CUI NON SIAMO STATI INFORMATI, GIA' NEL MOMENTO STESSO IN CUI CI HANNO PORTATO A VEDERE L'APPARTAMENTO!!!
Attention to this agency: professional deotology equal to 0. It behaves very badly.
For example, they show you the apartments for which a negotiation already exists without notifying you. You make an offer, they tell you that the apartment is already busy, and then they try to fill you with more ciofeche. IN OUR CASE IT IS SERIOUS THAT THE OFFER WAS NOT ARRIVED LATE (WHAT NORMAL) BUT THAT THERE WAS A NEGOTIATION ALREADY IN PLACE, OF WHICH WE HAVE NOT BEEN INFORMED, ALREADY AT THE SAME TIME IN WHICH THEY LEAD US TO SEE THE FLAT!!!
