Dopo aver atteso quasi due ore ed eravamo i terzi per via di pause di 20mn tra una persona e l'altra siamo stati letteralmente mandati via senza consulenza solo perché ci siamo permessi di dire al responsabile tale Fabio di moderare il tono visto che non stava parlando con dei deficienti ma solo con persone non competenti in materia. Abbiamo risposto così dopo esserci sentiti dire per ben tre volte che dovevamo essere chiari quando invece l'unico che la chiarezza non sa nemmeno dove sta di casa è proprio lui! Non so questa persona con chi sia abituata a trattare ma di certo deve fare un bel corso di buona educazione! Non finisce qui segnalerò l'accaduto a chi di dovere e in quel posto a mai più! After waiting almost two hours and we were the third due to pauses of 20mn between one person and the other we were literally sent away without advice just because we took the liberty of telling the manager that Fabio to moderate his tone since he was not speaking with the deficient but only with people not competent in the matter. We answered like this after being told three times that we had to be clear when instead the only one who does not even know where clarity is at home is him! I don't know who this person is used to dealing with but they certainly have to take a good education course! It does not end here I will report the incident to those in charge and in that place never again! Francesca.
i	ivan vicentini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La ragazza che mi ha fatto l'Isee è stata gentilissima e disponibilissima; inoltre non mi ha fatto pagare niente, come dovrebbe essere, in teoria; no come un altro Caf Unsic poco + a sud di questo che mi ha chiesto 20€ per fare sempre lo stesso Isee. The girl who made me the Isee was very kind and extremely helpful; besides, he didn't charge me anything, as it should be, in theory; no like another Caf Unsic a little + south of this one that asked me for € 20 to always do the same Isee.
A	Antonio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho poco da commentare sono andato li fuori ho aspettato 15 minuti insiene ad altrie 5 persone esce questa signora fuori e ci chiede cosa dobbiamo fare a tutti (di fretta e molto nervosa) e in 3 secondi ci liquida tutti io avevo chiesto informazione sul bonus affitto mi ha risposto comune o regione viaaa! poi subito dopo ho chiesto per L' ISEE mi ha risposto uguale comune o regione. Mi è sembrata poco disponibile anke solo a qualche informazione ,poco professionale perchè poi ho visto su internet l' ISEE lo rialsicia il caf oppure te lo fai on line ,insomma per chi come me non ne capisce una mazza e cerca un caf che lo guidi ve lo sconsiglio assolutamente spero che la signora non sia tutti i giorni così con tutti..... I have little to comment I went out there I waited 15 minutes insede to others and 5 people this lady comes out and asks us what we must do to everyone (in a hurry and very nervous) and in 3 seconds she liquidates us all I had asked for information on the rent bonus municipality or region replied viaaa! then immediately after I asked for ISEE I answered the same municipality or region. It seemed to me little available even just for some information, unprofessional because then I saw on the internet the ISEE restarts the caf or you do it online, in short for those like me who do not understand a club and look for a caf to guide it I do not recommend it absolutely I hope that the lady is not every day so with everyone .....
