Sono stati sempre molto efficienti e soprattutto preparati aiutandomi a recuperare dei soldi ai quali non pensavo di avere diritto. Per ciascuna volta è stato commesso un errore,che ci è costato la bocciatura! Per ciascuna volta si sono fatti pagare prezzo pieno. Scrivo questa recensione negativa perche' chi svolge il lavoro di patronato dovrebbe conoscere bene l'iter burocratico che esiste in Italia nel presentare una domanda di documenti , o cittadinanza e quanto tempo si aspetta nel ricevere la risposta. Detto ciò dovreste fare più attenzione nel presentare domanda dei documenti ,visto che oltre a prendervi i soldi per il lavoro svolto male,per colpa vostra abbiamo dovuto rifare richiesta di documenti da tradurre e legalizzare! Per ben due volte! E per ciascuna volta i documenti li abbiamo pagati! Quindi a chi leggerà questa recensione,vi consiglio di cercare un altro patronato,in questo patronato quello che emerge è solo incompetenza! Per le pratiche invece occorre un po' di fortuna, a volte può capitare che sfugga qualche allegato facendo slittare il tutto oppure qualche errore nella compilazione delle dichiarazioni... The lady at the reception is very kind, always busy but never rude, she is the soul of this service center. D	Diego Alpino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato in questo ufficio 4 volte per assegno famigliare per la stessa pratica ogni volta chiedevano un documento diverso prima vogliono il cud poi gli serve il 730 dopo chiedono il cud di altri anni poi chiedono i documenti della casa oggi sono tornato con tutto e mi chiedevano altri documenti ma santo celo ma se sapete fare il vostro lavoro i documenti chiedeteli tutti e subito per me mai più.......e non sono riuscito a fare la pratica andro da chi e più competente di loro. I have been in this office 4 times for family allowance for the same practice each time they asked for a different document first they want the cud then they need 730 after they ask for the cud of other years then they ask for the documents of the house today I came back with everything and they asked me other documents but holy celo but if you know how to do your job the documents ask them all and immediately for me never again ....... and I have not been able to do the practice I will go to those who are more competent than them.
