★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questo periodo covid mi è mancato il confronto con un operatore poiché ritengo che l'assistenza telefonica non sia equiparabile a quella di persona e poi le casistiche sono varie quindi quando faccio il 730 preferisco un colloquio di persona con l'operatore.
In this period covid I missed the comparison with an operator because I believe that the telephone assistance is not comparable to that of the person and then the cases are varied so when I do the 730 I prefer a personal interview with the operator.
