Ottimo servizio e qualità/prezzo. Mi avrebbero fatto sapere entro le 12. Non avendo ricevuto alcuna notizia, nel pomeriggio ho richiamato. Mi hanno chiesto di portare l'aspirapolvere in negozio.Ho attraverso la città, spinta dalla necessità. Mi sarei aspettata di sapere se i pezzi di ricambio c'erano ed un preventivo per l'intervento. Nulla di tutto ciò. Alla reception la persona con cui avevo parlato al telefono mi ha fatto comunicare di lasciare l'aspirapolvere e andare via. Solo dopo aver insistito, questa persona è venuta e con atteggiamento infastidito mi ha confermato che avrei dovuto lasciare il Folletto. Non poteva dirmi nulla altro. Se lo avessi saputo fin dall'inizio non ci sarei andata, rivolgendomi ad altri più gentili e di maggiore chiarezza nei rapporti con i clienti I contacted Microcentro on the phone to find out if it had spare parts for my Kobold vacuum cleaner. La riparazione piu' veloce, provessionale e, tutto sommato economica che mi sia mai capitato di sperimentare. Ho consegnato il folletto dei miei genitori in mattinata, a meta' pomeriggio era gia' pronto. Certo, la fortuna e' stata quella di avere il pezzo di ricambio in casa, ma avrebbero potuto "spillare" qualche euro in piu' ed invece ho pagato meno del preventivo! Un sincero grazie a persone come queste che si comportano e lavorano onestamente. Assolutamente STRA consigliato. Alessandro A miracle !! exaggerated ? these days I would say no.
