Non essendo esperto in materia ho chiesto che avevo bisogno del tampone per fare il rientro a scuola. Ė stato fatto solo il tampone al naso poiché secondo loro andava bene cosi(55euro). Questo tampone non era sufficiente per il pediatra e non riconosciuto secondo il regolamento regionale per il rientro a scuola. Sono dovuto ritornare il giorno dopo per fare il tampone naso e gola. altri 50 euro perché mi sono venuti in contro invece che 80euro e passa. Mi aspettavo più chiarezza e professionalità dal personale al front desk e quando mi sono lamentato perché ho dovuto ripagare mi hanno detto che loro sono solo segretarie e che alcuni pediatri accettano il tampone solo al naso. Se vi recate il questo posto ė bene che siate informati sui decreti perche al desk non sanno darvi spiegazioni chiare. I went to this place on 12/10/2020 to swab my son. Not being an expert on the subject, I asked that I needed a tampon to go back to school. Only the nose swab was done because according to them it was okay (55euro). This tampon was not sufficient for the pediatrician and not recognized according to the regional regulation for back to school. I had to come back the next day to have a nose and throat swab. another 50 euros because they came against me instead of 80euro and passes. I expected more clarity and professionalism from the staff at the front desk and when I complained about having to pay back they told me that they are only secretaries and that some pediatricians only accept swabs on the nose. If you go to this place it is good that you are informed about the decrees because the desk does not know how to give you clear explanations.

Complimenti all'infermiera S. che è stata talmente brava da non sentire assolutamente niente, mano ferma e delicata! Quello che serviva a me! Grazie. Piacevolmente colpita dall'organizzazione: celerità nello "smaltimento" dei pazienti; alla reception l'addetta al servizio è stata molto gentile e disponibile nel fornirmi tutte le informazioni necessarie per la visione dei risultati delle analisi (sul sito del centro). La giovane infermiera che ha eseguito il prelievo, oltre ad essere accogliente e di grande conforto, per chi come me, vive con estrema ansia queste "situazioni", è stata delicata e molto professionale. Lo consiglio vivamente! "Good the first", indeed ... EXCELLENT! Pleasantly impressed by the organization: speed in the "disposal" of patients; at the reception the service clerk was very kind and helpful in providing me with all the information necessary for viewing the results of the analyzes (on the site of the center). The young nurse who performed the sample, in addition to being welcoming and of great comfort, for those like me, who lives these "situations" with extreme anxiety, was delicate and very professional. I highly recommend it!
