★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi reco alla pubblica assistenza per esame delle urine e urinocoltura. Data indicata per ritiro del referto: 17 ottobre. Oggi 24 ottobre e dopo 4 volte che mi reco per il ritiro, il referto ancora non c'è e non si sa dove sia finito. Un bel caso di MALASANITÀ!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio prenotazione prelievi pessimo, praticamente inesistente, provato a chiamare decine di volte, dal cellulare è silenzioso e poi si scollega, da telefono fisso una voce dice che il numero non è raggiungibile. Gli operatori della P.A. non possono prendere la prenotazione e sono costretto ad andare al Centro Analisi, dove alcune prestazioni non sono convenzionate. Potrebbero usare anche una email per prenotare.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ App alle 14 in ospedale per una visita a mio padre 82enne. Attivo il servizio di trasporto in quanto non deambula bene a causa di un ictus recente. Mi dicono che sarebbero venuti a prenderlo alle 13 e 35. Alle 14 e 05 mi fanno sapere che hanno avuto un contrattempo e che stanno arrivando. Precisando che un ritardo ci può stare, non possono venirmi a dire alle 14 e 35 che non vengono più. Non ho parole e non aggiungo altro
