★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assurdo. Chiamo per prendere un appuntamento per un PSA. Mi dicano che non c'è bisogno di appuntamento, poi quando sono lì mi chiedano l'appuntamento. Ho perso una giornata di lavoro.
Absurd. I'm calling to make an appointment for a PSA. They tell me there is no need for an appointment, then when I'm there they ask me for an appointment. I lost a day of work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terribile, ho fatto circa 10 test negli ultimi 3 mesi, nessuno mai disorganizzato come questo centro.
Circa 1 ora per fare il test a 4 persone, chi aveva l'appuntamento ad un orario precedente veniva comunque messo ultimo in fila.
Terrible, I've done about 10 tests in the last 3 months, none ever as disorganized as this center.
About 1 hour to take the test for 4 people, whoever had an appointment at an earlier time was still placed last in line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eseguito Test Pcr per volo aereo .Tempi di attesa lunghissimi organizzazione forse non adeguata...Sono dovuto andare a richiedere il certificato perché sull' APP. Non risultava... La persona molto gentile e professionale(grazie)alla reception si è prodigata a inviare e mail di richiesta con miei documenti dopo circa 40 minuti sono tornato e mi ha fatto trovare il certificato.
Ma se fossi partito affidandomi all'APP .....?
Carried out PCR test for air flight. Very long waiting times, perhaps inadequate organization ... I had to go to request the certificate because on the APP. It did not appear ... The very kind and professional person (thank you) at the reception went out of his way to send request e-mails with my documents after about 40 minutes I returned and made me find the certificate.
But if I started relying on the APP .....?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utilizzavo normalmente Synlab in Lombardia con ottimi risultati. Ho provato a prenotare un prelievo online, non urgente, a Fornacette. Mi sono trovato una prenotazioneimmediata a Fucecchio per il giorno seguente alle 7 del mattino. Quindi a 20 Km. Naturalmente ho disdetto. Normalmente Synlab mi ha sempre proposto online giorno e ora disponibile, nel centro di prelievo da me richiesto.
