Complimenti anche alla farmacia poiché è bellissima e con personale accogliente.... Every 48 hours I go to the Coletti pharmacy to have the swab and I can say that the nurse Patrizia is absolutely professional: she is delicate, kind, patient, the swabs made by her are painless, very good! ...... Mai più in quella farmacia I went the night before closing time for a swab for the child. Given the late hour of the evening, the girl in charge, and highly annoyed, replied in an incompetent and rude way. Never again in that pharmacy

Il personale cortese e professionale in grado di dare sempre il consiglio giusto. Quando ci sono le promozioni nel reparto cosmesi prezzi davvero ottimi!!!! Pharmacy stocked with every product from medicine to cosmetics and if the product is not there in a few hours they will get it to you. The courteous and professional staff always able to give the right advice. When there are promotions in the cosmetics department, really good prices !!!!

Non sono mai stata in questa Farmacia prima, per evitare di ingolfare l'interno con domande chiedo agli astanti la procedura. Arrivato il mio turno al POS, faccio presente che mi occorre fattura e chiedo se posso rivolgermi lì oppure dentro. Mi viene risposto testualmente e senza una punta di gentilezza "La fattura si fa dentro, prima di pagare" come se fosse un modus operandi universale. Faccio con garbo notare che non ovunque è così, anzi proprio il contrario, quindi mi appresto ad entrare per la richiesta ma prima oso chiedere se avrei dovuto poi rifare la fila, mi viene risposto "Oh bimba, vedrai!". Come se fossi la su' sorella. Allora dal momento che i tamponi sono un servizio che ogni Farmacia sceglie di mettere a disposizione, e considerato che non mi risulta la denominazione sociale Coletti Onlus, devo dedurre che qualcosa ci guadagnano. Mi permetto di suggerire di spenderli in corsi di educazione a come si sta al mondo, più magari un collaudo personale di qualche tisanina anti-stress sicuramente presenti in catalogo. Fact: in my work I need a tampon, and an invoice. I have never been to this pharmacy before, to avoid flooding the inside with questions I ask bystanders the procedure. When my turn arrives at the POS, I point out that I need an invoice and ask if I can contact there or inside. I am replied verbatim and without a hint of kindness "The invoice is done inside, before paying" as if it were a universal modus operandi. I politely point out that not everywhere is like this, quite the opposite, so I am going to enter for the request but first I dare to ask if I should have re-queued, I am answered "Oh baby, you'll see!". As if you were your sister. So, since tampons are a service that every pharmacy chooses to make available, and considering that I do not know the company name Coletti Onlus, I must deduce that they gain something. I take the liberty of suggesting spending them on education courses on how to live in the world, plus perhaps a personal test of some anti-stress herbal teas certainly present in the catalog.
E	Emma R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A parte il fatto che il tampone rapido ai bambini sotto i 12 anni lo fanno pagare 15 euro come gli adulti... sono veramente scortesi, soprattutto le due ragazze che riconsegnavano le tessere sanitarie e riferivano l'esito del tampone. Le abbiamo trovate davvero poco gentili e cortesi nel modo in cui si sono rivolte a noi e al resto delle persone presenti! Apart from the fact that children under 12 charge 15 euros for the quick swab like adults ... they are really rude, especially the two girls who returned their health cards and reported the results of the swab. We found them really unkind and courteous in the way they addressed us and the rest of the people present!
