Oltre a questo, nonostante la ricetta a 10 gg che mi ha fatto la Dottoressa di Famiglia, ho dovuto aspettare più di due mesi e tornare in farmacia ben quattro volte prima di avere questo appuntamento sbagliato. È inaccettabile che il sistema pubblico sia così scadente. They made a mistake in booking an allergy visit and I made an empty trip to Lucca, because they sent me to Pneumology instead of Dermatology. In addition to this, despite the 10-day prescription that the Family Doctor gave me, I had to wait more than two months and go back to the pharmacy four times before having this wrong appointment. It is unacceptable that the public system is so poor.
