Ho chiesto 2 scatole di antibiotici (Zinnat) e la farmacista (Linda, se non ricordo male) mi ha dato una sola scatola con la prenotazione della seconda che sarebbe arrivata il giorno dopo, questo il 24/06/2019. Stamani 26/06/2019 sono tornato a prendere la scatola come da accordi e sorpresa non solo il farmaco non c'era ma la farmacista di turno non ha trovato nemmeno la ricetta originaria. Poi dal computer ha visto che lo Zinnat non solo non è presente in farmacia ma non è nemmeno in consegna da parte della ditta farmaceutica. Poi la ricetta originaria non era comunque più valida e quindi avrei dovuto rifarne un'altra per COLPA LORO, come se le persone avessero tempo da buttare. A quel punto ho dovuto prendere un altro antibiotico equivalente e finire lì la questione. Comunque la farmacista del 24/06/2019 Linda (o un nome simile) ha dimostrato pochissima professionalità ed attenzione al cliente soprattutto quando si ha che fare con i farmaci e non un paio di scarpe. Inoltre la farmacia è un forno crematorio e per ricordare alla farmacista chi sono, nel momento in cui mi serviva ha detto che era meglio se veniva al lavoro in costume (da bagno presumo). Evidentemente in quel preciso momento la signorina in questione era al mare e non al lavoro!! Se questa è professionalità che si prenda un bel periodo di vacanza invece di fare perdere tempo alle persone malate. Very bad experience with snooty, rude and inefficient staff. I asked for 2 boxes of antibiotics (Zinnat) and the pharmacist (Linda, if I remember correctly) gave me a single box with the reservation of the second one that would arrive the next day, this 24/06/2019. This morning 06/26/2019 I went back to get the box as agreed and not only was the drug not there but the pharmacist on duty didn't even find the original recipe. Then from the computer he saw that the Zinnat is not only not present in the pharmacy but is not even in delivery by the pharmaceutical company. Then the original recipe was no longer valid and therefore I would have had to redo another for COLPA LORO, as if people had time to waste. At that point I had to take an equivalent antibiotic, and the matter ended there. However the pharmacist of 06/24/2019 Linda (or a similar name) has shown very little professionalism and attention to the customer especially when dealing with drugs and not a pair of shoes. In addition, the pharmacy is a crematorium and to remind the pharmacist who I am, at the time I needed it he said it was better if he came to work in a costume (I assume I took a bath). Evidently at that precise moment the young lady in question was at sea and not at work !! If this is professionalism, take a good vacation instead of wasting sick people.

e	elenap76 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa stamattina:mi presento per usufruire del servizio CUP. 4 casse aperte tutte che stavano servendo (io compresa) e 2 persone dietro di me in fila. Mi è stato detto dalla giovane farmacista in maniera molto scocciata che il servizio non lo faceva perchè c'erano troppe persone in fila e quindi dovevo tornare quando non c'era nessuno...non ero andata per ordinare una pizza o 2 etti di prosciutto,ma una visita urgente. Sto al pubblico da più di 20 anni e so quando non ci sono le condizioni per soddisfare una esigenza delll'utente,ma non era questo il caso. E comunque esistono anche la diplomazia e la cortesia. L'antipatia e il giramento di scatole vanno lasciati a casa la mattina,se vogliamo lavorare a contatto col pubblico che chiede aiuto per risolvere un problema di salute. Bad experience this morning: I show up to take advantage of the CUP service. 4 open crates all serving (myself included) and 2 people behind me in line. I was told by the young pharmacist in a very annoyed way that the service did not do it because there were too many people in line and therefore I had to return when no one was there ... I had not gone to order a pizza or 2 ounces of ham but an urgent visit. I have been in the public for more than 20 years and I know when there are no conditions to satisfy a user's need, but this was not the case. And in any case, diplomacy and courtesy also exist. The dislike and the turning of boxes must be left at home in the morning, if we want to work in contact with the public asking for help to solve a health problem.
