e	elia dossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nella sede di via Palestro, in data 5 febbraio 2020, alle ore 15:30, un addetto ha rifiutato di fare il modello Red a mio padre, ottantenne, con gravi problemi respiratori e costretto a ossigenoterapia. Al loro sistema gestionale risultava l'appuntamento preso in data 3 febbraio, cosa che escludo assolutamente, ma, pur nella remota possibilità di un errore, attribuibile a me quanto a loro, trovo scandaloso e non umano rifiutare di fare il proprio lavoro, premettendo che non vi erano altre persone in attesa, come tutti i presenti, e mi riferisco ai gentili pensionati che si occupano della gestione, possono confermare. Bisognerebbe restare umani... Se l'intento dell'addetto era di ottenere un trasferimento, o altra mansione, mi auguro vivamente che chi di dovere indaghi bene sul suo operato e si attivi affinché svolga al meglio il proprio lavoro. Confermo invece l ottimo operato svolto dalla stessa Inas Cisl nella sede di Casciavola, dove un gentilissimo addetto ci ha accolto con professionalità e con umanità. A	Andrea Meini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza terribile. Arrivati alla sede di Cascina in via tosco-Romagnola alle 18 (con appuntamento alle 18) per dichiarazione redditi mio e di mio padre disabile. Orario di chiusura alle 18.30, intendiamoci. (Ci ha mandati via un tizio ben vestito, al contrario nostro che eravamo vestiti da lavoro in fabbrica) questo tizio ci ha liquidato dicendo che non facevano in tempo a farci perche eravamo in ritardo di 10 min. (Veniamo da san giuliano terme). E fino a qui non c'è niente di strano, forse. Poi arriva la frase: "vi capisco, ma capite anche noi". Ora, loro fanno 7h al giorno comodamente seduti ad una scrivania con tot ore di pausa, mentre noi 8h a spaccarci la schiena. Per compilare il cud ci vogliono 10/15 min esagerando. Sempre sto tizio dopo esserci allontanati dalla porta è uscito 10 min prima della chiusura effettiva e ha chiuso baracca e burattini. Questa è davvero inciviltà e poco rispetto verso le professioni altrui. Mi auguro che qualcuno (cosa impossibile, ma ci spero) smetta di far finta di niente e controlli i propri dipendenti. Now, they do 7h a day comfortably seated at a desk with a few hours of rest, while we 8h to break our backs. To fill in the cud it takes 10/15 min exaggerating. This is really incivility and little respect for other people's professions. I hope that someone (which is impossible, but I hope so) will stop pretending nothing has happened and check their employees.
