Ho acquistato una Giulietta usata si puo dire per telefono da Sassari, arrivato per il ritiro, l'auto era proprio come mi era stata descritta e mostrata in foto. Nel primo mese, purtroppo l'auto ha avuto un danno al motore per un preventivo di più di 1000 €, della quale la Dovocar si é fatta carico in tempi molto rapidi, poichè la garanzia aggiuntiva conformgest non riconosceva il guasto. Veramente consigliato e prezzi ottimi. I want to give the highest rating to this showroom for the honesty and availability they have had towards me. I bought a used Giulietta you can say by phone from Sassari, arrived for collection, the car was just as I had been described and shown in photos. In the first month, unfortunately the car had an engine damage for a quote of more than 1000 €, of which the Dovocar took charge very quickly, as the additional conform conform guarantee did not recognize the fault. Really recommended and great prices.
A	Alessandro Cerofolini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo fissato telefonicamente un appuntamento per una macchina km 0 con la promessa di richiamare non appena mi fossi messo in viaggio per l'autosalone visto che venivo da lontano, appuntamento preso le 15:30. Mentre sono in viaggio chiamo e mi viene detto che a quell'orario non ci sarebbe stato nessuno per trattare i km 0, faccio presente il mio disagio e troviamo un accordo per le 17:30 quindi devo aspettare due ore in macchina dato che ero in viaggio, arrivato all'autosalone mi viene detto che il prezzo che mi è stato detto per telefono non era corretto ma più alto, ciononostante non riusciamo a capire con certezza il prezzo finale dell'auto perché il venditore non riusciva a calcolarlo ma comunque rassicurandomi sull'esito dell'affare. Il giorno seguente vengo ricontattato come da accordi ma mi viene comunicato che la macchina non è più disponibile (nonostante mi avessero detto che ne avessero molte disponibili, tra cui una li nel salone) ,ma hanno solo un altro tipo di motorizzazione giustificandosi che credevano che fosse diverso! Che dire, esperienza molto negativa I had made an appointment by phone for a 0 km car with the promise to call back as soon as I set off for the car showroom since I came from far away, appointment made at 3:30 pm. While I am traveling I call and I am told that at that time there would be no one to deal with the 0 km, I report my discomfort and we find an agreement for 17:30 so I have to wait two hours in the car since I was in journey, arrived at the car showroom I am told that the price that I was told by phone was not correct but higher, nevertheless we cannot understand with certainty the final price of the car because the seller could not calculate it but still reassuring me outcome of the deal. The following day I am contacted as agreed but I am informed that the car is no longer available (although I was told that they had many available, including one there in the salon), but they only have another type of engine justifying that they believed that was different! What can I say, very bad experience

L'offerta è stata sopra le mie aspettative. In 24h hanno acquistato l'auto. Ottimo servizio, puntuali, professionali, cortesi. Mi rivolgerò sicuramente a loro anche in futuro. Li consiglio. When they advertised my car for sale online, they contacted me immediately to make an appointment, in order to view, test the car and make me an offer. The offer was above my expectations. In 24h they bought the car. Excellent service, punctual, professional, courteous. I will certainly turn to them in the future as well. I recommend them.

a	alessandro zanni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono venuto per vedere una macchina che non era ancora stata venduta almeno a quanto mi è stato detto dalla persona con la quale ho parlato.. poi invece quando sono venuto mi è stato detto che l auto era in trattativa e forse era stata venduta quindi siamo rimasti d accordo che sarei stato aggiornato il giorno seguente cosa che non è accaduta. Parlando con il numero di cellulare di riferimento dell' annuncio in questione mi è stato detto che sarei stato aggiornato il giorno seguente cosa che ovviamente non è accaduta. Risultato ho acquistato l auto in un altro autosalone I came to see a car that had not yet been sold at least as I was told by the person I spoke to .. then instead when I came I was told that the car was under negotiation and maybe it had been sold so we are remained in agreement that I would be updated the following day which did not happen. Speaking with the mobile phone number of the announcement in question I was told that I would be updated the following day which obviously did not happen. Result I bought the car in another car showroom

In un momento in cui ero rimasta senza mezzo, mi sono rivolta a loro per comprare un auto, senza troppe speranze dato che mancavano pochissimi giorni alla mia partenza per le ferie ed eravamo ad agosto... ma il proprietario, con grande professionalità e disponibilità, in tre giorni ha trovato un auto perfetta per le mie esigenze e superato tutti i problemi burocratici.
