Il cofano anteriore , prima della consegna era chiuso. Ho ritirato l'auto ed il cofano era invece aperto. Non conosco ancora il motivo di questa operazione. Ho chiesto spiegazioni al dipendente e ha detto che non era a conoscenza di nulla. Non si può approfittare della buona fede di una donna che viaggia sola con le sue bambine. Sono indignata.
