★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il laboratorio del Centro Ricerche Cliniche è quanto di meglio possa offrire la Sanità Privata a Pisa. Il personale è gentile, preparato e velocissimo nell’esecuzione di prelievi e tamponi. In tempo di COVID l’igiene è rigorosa ed anche il servizio domiciliare dei prelievi, richiesto via telefono, è puntuale, ben svolto e nel caso di sospetta positività viene effettuato da personale specializzato. I referti sono comunicati comodamente on line e nelle necessità avute da me e da mia moglie ci siamo potuti avvalere della presenza sempre puntuale di Giulia. Ultima annotazione l’orario: il laboratorio rimane aperto 12 ore nei giorni feriali.
 The laboratory of the Clinical Research Center is the best that Private Healthcare can offer in Pisa. The staff is kind, trained and very fast in carrying out samples and swabs. In time of COVID, hygiene is rigorous and even the home service of sampling, requested by telephone, is punctual, well done and in the case of suspected positivity, it is carried out by specialized personnel. The reports are conveniently communicated online and in the needs of my wife and I we were able to make use of Giulia's always punctual presence. The last note is the timetable: the laboratory remains open 12 hours on weekdays.

Booked my covid tampone for 1.10 pm and when I went there I was told that the guy who has to carry the samples to Lucca testing facility leaves at 1 pm. I have lost my flight due to this because the they won't let me board the flight and I can not get my results within the flight time. I was there before 1 pm. They could have at least called out my name to be sure if I was there or not. Pathetic!
Edit: They have replied that I arrived there at 1.25 pm. That is totally untrue. I was there before 1 pm and was waiting in the queue. The staff never for once tried to confirm if I was there or not. I went to another lab and the staff were confirming all the names they had booked for that day.
Besides, even if I had arrived there at 1.11 pm I would not have been writing here because I would have considered it as my fault.

We had a problem with getting EU green certificate after swab test (was not generated automatically). They spent 45min trying to figure it out and at the end got the certificate for us, printed and ready for our flight next day.
