β β β β β Don't rent bikes in catania or guard them with your life!I rented an rather old decathlon mtb (with a very cheap lock) and it was stolen in the center of Catania (midday; I was only away for half an hour). The owner told me afterwards that stealing bikes is a big problem. He can't do anything about that, but he can inform customers about this. I had to pay a fine for 250 euro's, which was strange. The contract (in italian) only mentioned 150 euro for a normal bike and 1800(!) euroΕ for an electric bike. I had to pay 250 euros for the MTB. If you want to travel within Catania just use the electric steps from Lime. Is also easier for the pedestrian areas and all the one way streets.

β β β β β Excellent service, and very good prices. Friendly owners: they will accommodate all riding rental request you might have: bikes, e-bikes, scooters, e-scooters and cars. We rented a scooter and e-bikes on two different occasions and it was always a great experience.
