I reserved a moped 24 hours in advance and received a reservation confirmation. When I arrived to pick up the moped the receptionist said they had no mopeds available today, and my internet booking was not a reservation. No apology. No explanation of why she though the Pdf that I showed her saying "Reservation made on behalf of Colin" was not a reservation !

β β β β β We booked a car via email (got a confirmation that it's available) but after a week when followed up, it turned out that the car isn't available. The customer service responsible didn't reply on our further communication and we had to look for another car urgently last moment in a high season. Completely unreliable company...
Below I'm sharing history of communication with them. Concrete proposal from Etna has been confirmed by me in 1 hour, but it appeared that car is unavailable after a week...

β β β β β Amazing service and prices. We were satisfied with the car and the on-line comunication. The employees at the rental didnt speak English at all, but we still managed to work everything out. If you want to rent a car in Catania and save some money use this company.

β β β β β I had very BAD experience with this company, with rents extrem old scooters which go down after short ride.
Rented scooter was BROKEN down TWO times within 5 hours.
Company has denied to return the rental fee.
Summary:
Paid for one safe and worked scooter-received one broken, old and unsafely one.
Paid for 24 hours - used 5 hours
Expected European service-got not cooperating and non-professional service!

They even helped me resolve a difficult situation with a lot of empathy and professionalism. Book with confidence, I'll come back for sure. Thank you so much :)
