Un autonoleggio in linea con le innovazioni. A me personalmente hanno pure rubato l'auto e da parte della proprietà ho auto solo consolazione e mi hanno sostituito anche la macchina in 45 minuti ( ho aggiunto la full casco al mio contratto ) detto questo , operatività , eccellenza, bravura . Gianluca Malaponti non ci ha restituito i 300.00 € di caparra, dicendo che avevamo preso delle multe (?). Dopo una quindicina di giorni e varie telefonate di protesta ci comunica che le multe non sono arrivate e che ci avrebbe restituito i soldi. Da luglio ’17 siamo sempre in attesa del bonifico e, nel frattempo, il Sig. Gianluca Malaponti non ha più risposto al telefono o alle nostre mail. Ci siamo rivolte ad Altroconsumo, ma anche loro non hanno avuto risposta. Sul sito della Fast Cars di Catania appaiono recensioni di altri clienti che hanno subito lo stesso trattamento facendo intuire che la pratica di non restituire la caparra sia una cosa consolidata.
