Recommend it! I rent car for 4 days 280 euro with full insurance. No any problem. Owner is friendly. He doesn’t speak english but using translator you will get in touch. Don’t forget about full insurance because your car will be 90% scratched. Drivers are careless here. And read reviews about rental services in the airport

I recommend it. They are reliable and really kind. We rented an opel corsa for 3 days, everything was fine. You can pick up at the airport or at the shop (Garibaldi str.) coming from: Hungary

Me and my partner wanted to get a car for a day to visit Etna Vulcano as it felt the most economic and benefit option. We've searched online and have asked in few rental houses we've found in the city, but I wasn't convinced. Let me just say that - as I lived in Italy for 8 years and visit south a lot, i can definitively say when someone want to take an economical advantage of me. Don't worry - it's not the case with Luciano&Dami! The owner felt like a really nice person, honest and sincere! The rental price was really low, under the average and they don't take any caution in advance. I highly recommend it! My partner highly recommend it as well! I would rent again from them if happen in the city and need a car. Let me share with you a little story: when we left the car in the evening, there was insane rain in Catania. I witnessed Luciano giving his 2 umbrellas to few ladies, so they can get home dry! If this is not a good heart person - you tell me!

Perfect price, perfect car! We agreed with the lady about later discussion related to the arrival. She was really helpfull and when we didn't catch the closing hour she said its possible to bring back the car later. ( Of course with an extra fee but correct amount). The whole communication was really greatand easy with them.

We used there services on our trip through Sicily. Car was in a good shape, and everything was as per the agreement. A lady with a very good English walked us through the rental process. She was very helpful. They also provided car seats for our kids.

This service did not work out great for us. We had planned to book a car for two days, from the morning to the evening the day after. At first we were happy with the service, especially since they could provide us with a car during the 1st of January, a holiday which meant almost all other car companies refused to provide us with a car suitable for our needs. We arranged for pickup at 9 am. When we arrived at the place at precisely 9 am we were told that there had been an accident on the highway, which meant that the car was two hours late. There was something fishy about the situation, since neither the car not the driver was hurt, and they were still two hours late. Since we had an appointment that required us to have the car from 11.30 am the latest that day, we set a deadline for 11 am for pick-up, which was agreed upon. We arrived at the place at 11 am, and were told the car was still 20 minutes away. We figured we could still meet our deadline, so we decided it was okay. Ultimately we could not use the car until 11.40 am, which meant we were late to our appointment. During the two days we used the car no major complications occurred, and returning it underwent smoothly. Of course there could be some misunderstandings when neither of us spoke the language of the other, having had to use Google translate, but even under these circumstances, the service we received from the company was not satisfactory. If we could have received a discount on the price, the disservice would have been easier to swallow. When we asked for this, we were told that it wasn't possible due to the fact that the fault wasn't the company's. Nevertheless, we did not receive the service for which we paid.

To everyone, who is doing their research for car rentals to travel the stunning island of Sicily: book one of Luciano and Domi’s cars! Everything was very smooth and we received a lovely little Fiat Panda who kept us company and made us explore the island in a way we would not be able to with public transport. A massive advantage for us was that they have an office in Catania city centre and we did not have to travel to the airport. We really found the process easy and appreciated that Giovanni, the owner, is a happy, honest, great guy with a big heart. One really realizes how It actually really comes down to the quality of people you are doing business with. We enjoyed returning the car over coffees together chatting about his new grandfather role.
