Ci aveva dato conferma di un auto (Nissan Juke)nuovissima e pulitissima(cosa non da tutti i noleggiatori) E così e stato! Puntuale in aeroporto per il ritiro e puntuale alla consegna.spero che questo/i ragazzi vadino avanti all'infinito!se lo meritano! Grazie Rosario.Alla prossima!!!!! Relatively new VW Polo, clean, just with regular scratches, full tank (I hate when companies do not fill it up and tell you to bring the tank full as it was). The conversation with the company was through whatsapp but do not be worried the car was ready for us :). We took full insurance without downpayment or credit card blockage - you are only responsible for keys lost and if the car gets stolen including with keys (which is reasonable). The return of vehicle was also easy - we just sent a picture of parked car at the airport and gave keys to parking staff at VIP Car park Catania. If I come back to Catania, definitely renting with this company again.
