Non sono stata soddisfatta come la prima volta è mi dispiace ammetterlo io non sono una Parrucchiera ma di certo una persona del mestiere deve saper fare il suo lavoro e far si che il cliente ritorni altre volte ! Nel salone...Avevo chiesto di sfoltire i miei capelli ...e invece ora mi trovo con la parte di sopra i capelli sono pieni ..e la parte delle mie lunghezze vuote!! E si vedono a occhio ...quindi mi aspettavo di più e un po più entusiasmo . Ho trovato l'ambiente troppo spento. Ripeto mi spiace ma io sono una persona sincera e lo vedo quando un lavoro è stato fatto bene...con il cuore..Grazie lo stesso

Personale super accogliente, servizio puntuale e impeccabile, la parrucchiera che si è occupata del mio taglio ha avuto l’accortezza di mostrarmi e spiegarmi tutto ciò che stava facendo, per far sì che fossi soddisfatta del lavoro e così è stato! Grazie❤️

The behaviour of the people working there was very unprofessional and uneducated ! It is bad enough that the prices are higher than in Germany, while people earn so little money in Sicily. But if they have tourist prices they should at least be professional. They call themselves hairdresser and don´t even know the word conditioner!!!!! How stupid is that? It is like somebody is visagist and doesn´t know the word make-up.they should be professional. I tried to speak Italian with them and explained what I want. I told them I don´t want any conditioner and no hair dryer. The owner said o.k. . But inspite of that the woman that did my hair used conditioner. I told them that I don´t want them to brush my hair and make it straight. I have natural curly hair. But they don´t know anything about curly hair and how to treat it, because it isn´t a good parruchiere. I had to tell them a hundred times, that I like my curls, and that they have to accept that. And that I am not interested in this stupid fashion that tells every woman that their hair has to be straight and plain (liscio) and without curls. So they started to talk behind my back about me. Even with the other clients they were talking about me. Unbelieveable how uneducated people in Catania are. And how stupid to think that a client doesn´t realize when they talk about him. I don´t have to understand every word to realize that. The fact that they talk about me while I am in the shop is primitive and unprofessional. And when I left the shop they even laughed about me. What they don´t understand is, that in the civilized world people laugh about the bad education of them. They don´t even realize what a bad image of the country they create with their primitve behaviour. I understand now, why so many people in the mainland of Italy say "Sicily is not Italy". Yes they are right. Because they are embarassed for the behaviour of people like in this shop. I will write about my experience on every tourist website. To make sure that no tourist have to make the bad experience that I made in this shop. It is racist to behave like that. Shame on you Antonio E Marzia and your colleagues. Imagine you are in another country and the people are to ignorant to learn English. And then when you try to speak there language they still do with your hair what they want. And you have to tell them 5 times to stop it. And they talk about you with phter clients and laugh about you. Catania es una infamia por Italia. And this shop also.

I have been several times to Antonio and Marzia and I have always found a very professional and friendly people. I highly recommend to all those who go to Catania on vacation like me to spend a few hours in the company of the owners and staff who will make your time unique and with an impeccable look. 5⭐️
