Very rude and not helpful. I book stay with them but my flight was cancelled 3 MONTHS before actual stay. So when contacted them got told I won't get my money back. Even though I let them know 3 MONTHS before! Very unprofessional and pathetic. Be careful with them.

The location is central near to Catania's castle, and the residence has huge apartments for incredible convincente prices with every confort. The staff is very kind and ready to help. The residence has also a convenient breakfast service and a transfer to the airport!

The room is clean, BIG and homelike. Room has kitchen, it's So helpful if you have food and wine or beer. Staff is very helpful and polite. Politi offer breakfast and lunch in low prices, drinks, regional alkohol and coffe. Hotel is 400m uptown. It's great place if you want visit Etna and Taormina. I recomend eat in Pizzeria del nonno Aurelio, 10 min walk from hotel to pizza. BIG, fresh, tasty pizza with a lot of adds and very nice stuff.

Optimum for a Historical/Shopping visit to Catania Stayed for 5 weeks in a brilliant, comfortable, bright and airy apartment, 204!! Every apartment is so unique! 3 floors with several accommodations on each! Full kitchen with all utensils, stovetop & oven. Washing machine in each unit! Rooms have balconies, one with a large outdoor terrace on 3rd floor! Great for cocktails & an evening/afternoon in the Mediterranean sunshine! Elevator available! Best part is the addition of the Bistro Politi Bar downstairs at the entrance. Various selections of breakfast options, hot & cold! Cappuccino, cafe latte, fresh squeezed Sicilian blood oranges, omelettes, pancakes, cheese & deli meats! You don’t have to venture out, it’s just on the doorstep! You can smell the fresh croissants ? baked in the morning! Lunch, dinner & Happy hour available! Wine, beer, Spirits & Spritz’s with an array of appetizers to boot! Pizza’s, hot grilled sandwiches to choose from! Great after a long day venturing out to see all the sites! Very reasonably priced. Delightful staff, always available & accommodating. English, French, Spanish & Italian spoken, of course! Ever so helpful for any tourist queries regarding attractions , transportation, car rentals. Bike rentals on premises! Large sight map of Catania at entrance with all attractions! Short walk to Piazza Duomo, main cathedral, Via Etnea, pedestrian shopping street & Piazza Borsellino, bus hub for all bus transportation! The apartments are large but outdated. For the price we paid it was very reasonable though. If you are looking for more luxury don't go here. If you are looking for a place to sleep for a good price, this is your pick. The hotel is a five minutes walk from the Piazza Duomo. The staff is very friendly too
