★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo qui da 2 gg. Camera piccina ma confortevole. Pulita. Aria condizionata, bagno con tutti i prodotti.
Colazione semplice ma buona. Posizione eccellente.. Vicino a: Duomo, antico teatro Romano, giardini bellini, mercato Forone e tanto altro.
La signora che ci ha accolto e ha dato consigli per i posti da vedere e mangiare è veramente super carina e disponibile
 We have been here for 2 days. Small but comfortable room. Clean. Air conditioning, bathroom with all products.
Simple but good breakfast. Excellent location .. Close to: Duomo, ancient Roman theater, Bellini gardens, Forone market and much more.
The lady who welcomed us and gave recommendations for places to see and eat is really super nice and helpful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Idéalement placé en plein centre de Catane. Logement propre et confortable. Petit-déjeuner correct. Accueil sympathique.
Seul petit bémol l'isolation phonique entre les chambres mais cela n'empêche pas de dormir.
Ideally located in the very center of Catania. Clean and comfortable accommodation. Decent breakfast. Friendly welcome.
The only downside is the soundproofing between the rooms, but that doesn't prevent you from sleeping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attention fuyez : propriétaire vicieux, malhonnête ! Nous avons fait notre réservation via booking sauf que le propriétaire avait déjà réservé la chambre. Il a refusé d'annuler la réservation nous demandant de le faire nous (via whatsapp). Les frais ne nous étant pas remboursé, nous avons donc refusé. Il a finit par nous dire que c'était OK et nous a donné rdv à 20h à l'appartement. Une fois arrivé devant le logement nous avons tenté de le joindre, il nous a informé à ce moment que la chambre ne serait pas dispo. Et nous a envoyé un message (via booking cette fois) en spécifiant que nous avions dépassé 20h en dehors des horaires de check in afin que la réservation ne soit pas valable et empocher l'argent de 2 réservations.
Beware flee: vicious, dishonest owner! We made our reservation through booking except that the owner had already reserved the room. He refused to cancel the reservation asking us to do it ourselves (via whatsapp). The costs were not refunded to us, so we refused. He ended up telling us that it was OK and gave us an appointment at 8 p.m. at the apartment. Once arrived in front of the accommodation we tried to contact him, he informed us at that time that the room would not be available. And sent us a message (via booking this time) specifying that we had exceeded 8 p.m. outside check-in hours so that the reservation was not valid and pocketed the money for 2 reservations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice quiet place right in the center of Catania. Very good breakfast, clean rooms and friendly hosts. Everything you probably want to see and where you want to eat/drink is reachable in less than 10 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly they don’t speak English. The communication was awful and frustrating.
Secondly after they confirmed my booking(I mentioned my late flight and my late check-in time), they asked extra charge (8-15euros) for the late check-in.
Then we reached an agreement on canceling the booking with a full refund.
But they didn’t refund me as they promised, and shunted down the chatting channel on Booking.com. When I tried to follow up with the refund, they left me insulted messages and rejected my review on booking.com.
It means they got no punishment on their bad behavior at all, but showed off how smart they were.
Please BE CAREFUL with this hotel, they acted like a BULLY.
