β β β β β Just one star unfortunately....The thing is that this house hotel, even its newly redecorated and very clean, its location is into the historic center where new rules forbidden to park your car to the hotel after 8.30....that means that your daily schedule depends from the parking service !!! This is a problem ofcourse only if you have a car....and i believe that the staff are not so well trained to handle the parking service....

β β β β β I wanted somewhere special to stay to celebrate my fiancΓ©e's birthday and this hotel exceeded this in droves. The service and warmth from the staff is second to none, and we were touched by the present they had ready for my fiancee on her birthday. The history of the Palazzo is very interesting and how they have renovated truly respects and enhances the look of the hotel. The room itself was beautiful, well equipped and ever so comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel and commend the staff who helped in every way they could.

β β β β β This place had a great location, great periodic decor and the amenities inside were really good. There's a few things I would change but they're probably just down to personal taste. I would have given this place 4 starts but because the service was so good, specifically Renato, who made the stay excellent for us, I'm gocing it 5!

β β β β β Fantastic room, so beautifully adorned and furnished. Location is perfect, literally on the main square of the cathedral. Francesca and other staff were all super helpful and friendly. Will come back for sure.

β β β β β Had a fantastic stay in room Crisma. Very comfortable beds and shower pressure. I enjoyed sitting on the small balcony with my coffee. Driving there was tricky but Alessandra was a big help. She was so enthusiastic and informative for all our needs. Definitely a memorable experience!
