Fin dalla fase di prenotazione sono stati mandati i riferimenti di un alloggio diverso da quello in cui è poi avvenuta la prenotazione. Oltre a questo spiacevole inconveniente la struttura prenotata si è rivelata ai limiti della decenza per una famiglia con una bambina piccola.
