β β β β β Very mixed feelings. Driver for tourist was not talking English at all, communication really poor, no tips where to go on place they Just leave you and dont even tell where to go, it is more like a taxi service not tourist service. But even guys in taxi speaks English, lol :(

β β β β β To go to Etna, there is an AST bus that costs 6,60β¬ leaving at 08:15 from Piazza Giovanni XXIII that does exactly the same service for 28,40β¬ less.
Bus 25 minutes late vs planned departure at 11:30 when we were told to come 15minutes early. Panoramic view for only 10 minutes leaving Catania, audioguide boring and that lasted 5 minutes.
Only postive aspects : the driver was nice and there was a prosecco and pizza testing at the end of the tour.

β β β β β Recommended (: I went on the Etna-Isola Bella-Taormina your, and it was very nice. Great locations to see, and rather enough time for Taormina. What I'd only change is more informations in English than multi-language repeating of shorter informations, a bit more time for Isola Bella (and maybe Etna), plus at least a single short stop between Refugio S. and Zafferana E. to get some photoes of the magnificient views. A stop at one of the "lava" tubes, even the smallest one, would also be a good add. Still, I've had a great time! Thanks!

β β β β β If I could rate only the guy who sold me on the idea, he'd get five stars.
The workers in the office were somewhat competent, except one woman was downright rude. The tour is a good value, but they don't deliver on the stops. Outbound, it was not the same company as Tourist Dreams but getting back on the bus, it was. Very confusing. Poorly run. Terrible communication.

I purchased a β¬35-Etna trip from this company. The bus was 30 min delayed at the departure. It was an old bus with hard seats and poor speakers (most of the guests did not receive a headset). The speaker voice was unclear and it was irritating to hear the same noise in 3 different languages!
The driver was a nice and friendly guy but most of the ride was through Catanias urban outskirt (a surprisingly vast city!) with ugly buildings and heavy traffic.
It was not worth it!
