Sono molto dispiaciuta perché questo è uno dei Brand che amo di più e in cui ho comprato in tutto il mondo e mai avuto un esperienza del genere. Non ho comprato e non tornerò più. Staff not polite and not available (they did not greet either at the entrance or at the exit, the shop was empty). Nobody gave me support in my choice. I am very sorry because this is one of the brands that I love the most and in which I have bought all over the world and never had such an experience. I have not bought and will never return.
