★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A giugno prendo contatto con l'officina in oggetto per usufruire del servizio "Stato d'uso", in quanto ero in procinto di acquistare una Golf 6 usata.
Gentilmente il personale mi fissa un appuntamento a breve, nonostante avessero una grande mole di lavoro.
Mi presento con l'ex proprietario della macchina e ci accomodiamo in sala d'attesa per un'ora o poco più.
L'esito della perizia: sull'auto viene riscontrata l'eccessiva usura delle sospensioni e della frizione.
Ci può stare per una macchina di 12 anni e 90000 km.
Quello che non ci può stare è l'operato dell'addetto: mi viene presentato un preventivo di DUEMILAQUATTROCENTO euro ivati per la sostituzione delle due componenti usurate, ma soprattutto mi viene caldamente sconsigliato l'acquisto dell'auto.
Considerazioni: non entro nel merito delle valutazioni tecniche perché non è mio mestiere, ma sconsigliare l'acquisto di un'auto per la sola usura di alcune componenti non mi sembra corretto, e questo è dimostrato dal fatto che l'auto alla fine l'ho acquistata, ci ho fatto 6 mesi e 5000 km senza sostituire nulla e per ora è tutto ok.
Un'altra piccola pecca è il fatto che la documentazione video della perizia rimane disponibile online per pochi giorni, dopodiché non c'è più possibilità di rivederla: si può fare meglio considerando che è un servizio a pagamento.

Another small flaw is the fact that the video documentation of the appraisal remains available online for a few days, after which there is no longer the possibility of reviewing it: you can do better considering that it is a paid service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tagliando: esperienza negativa e da non ripetere. Dal punto di vista tecnico non saprei giudicare, ma completa mancanza di attenzione verso il cliente. Classificando di serie B chi ha acquistato un voucher su groupon. Ignorate mail di richiesta appuntamento, cambiato pezzi senza prima consultarsi con il proprietario. Cambio dell'olio con uno più costoso rispetto a quello pattuito sempre di propria iniziativa. Ho dovuto telefonare io per sapere l'orario della riconsegna. Mi avevano detto che l'intervento sarebbe durato la mattina poi negato facendomi passare per visionaria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza estremamente negativa. Mi è stato proposto un preventivo per più di duemila euro per la riparazione/sostituzione di un pezzo della macchina. Sono andato da un altro meccanico e ho speso 400€,problema risolto.
Non solo. Tempo addietro(quando ancora mi fidavo) portai l’auto per un rumore strano che proveniva dal vano motore,mi è stato sostituito un pezzo alla cifra di 1250€ circa. Il medesimo problema mi si è ripresentato poco tempo fa,grazie ai consigli dei meccanici giusti e onesti,sono riuscito a risolverlo a costo 0.
Non è finita. Sempre quando ancora mi fidavo,feci fare un cambio dell’olio,ripresa l’auto presentava una lieve ammaccatura.
E ancora..il problema da 2mila euro presentato all’inizio di questa recensione,per la sola mano d’opera(che non ha risolto praticamente nulla) mi è stato richiesto 200 euro,PER NIENTE,oltretutto ho dovuto chiamare io il servizio assistenza per sapere(dopo due giorni che si tenevano l’auto)cosa era successo.
Il mio voto?È SOTTO ZERO. Quasi sarei tentato di rivolgermi alla Volkswagen direttamente e fare presente la mia esperienza,perché non reputo giusto che il nome di questa azienda venga infangato da così tanta incompetenza e disonestà.

And again ... the 2 thousand euro problem presented at the beginning of this review, for the labor alone (which practically did not solve anything) I was asked for 200 euro, FOR NOTHING, plus I had to call the assistance service myself. to find out (after two days of keeping the car) what had happened.
My VOTE? IS BELOW ZERO. I would almost be tempted to approach Volkswagen directly and present my experience, because I do not think it right that the name of this company should be tarnished by so much incompetence and dishonesty.
