They kindly came to my car that would not start, they set in motion carried in the workshop and solved the problem (that and more) in a short time and at a small cost.

Sono stato da loro su suggerimento di un amico, che dopo essere stato in più officine senza risolvere il mio problema, finalmente con loro ho risolto. Grazie ancora ! Very well ! Ford authorized workshop, run by two brothers, also helped by their father who has over fifty years of experience. I went to them at the suggestion of a friend, who after being in several workshops without solving my problem, I finally solved it with them. Thanks again !

Sono contento di averli conosciuti! Old-fashioned workshop, run by people who have known machines for a lifetime. Nice staff, a harbinger of good advice but above all honest. I'm glad to have met them!

Alessandro che è stato molto gentile e disponibile, malgrado mi sia sbagliato nel chilometraggio che va effettuato a 30.00 Km e non a 20.000. Mi ha individuato un difetto che sistemeremo al tagliando. Comunque ottima impressione e grande professionalità. Assolutamente da consigliare! I was lucky enough to meet these people and in particular Mr. Alessandro who was very kind and helpful, although I was wrong in the mileage that must be done at 30.00 km and not at 20,000. I have identified a defect that we will fix on the coupon. However, great impression and great professionalism. Absolutely to recommend!

Sono arrivato puntuale per sostituire le gomme allo scooter ed appena arrivato, a fronte di un appuntamento alle 9.30 di mattina, mi viene detto che sarei dovuto andare nel pomeriggio... Poco male, mi cambiano le gomme, ma al posto di quelle acquistate da me montano quelle di un altro cliente! Pazienza: alla fine, dopo tre ore in officina mi ritrovo le gomme acquistate da me, la marmitta rimontata alla bene e meglio, il carter montato storto ed i pesi dell'equilibratura mezzi staccati; non ne sono rimasto troppo sorpreso avendo visto il gommista lavorare in un angolo buio dell'officina. La cosa che più mi ha infastidito è che per il montaggio mi è stata applicata una tariffa superiore a quanto mostrato sul sito dove ho acquistato le gomme e dove questa officina figura come centro di montaggio: procedura per nulla corretta. I arrived on time to replace the tires on the scooter and as soon as I arrived, in front of an appointment at 9.30 in the morning, I was told that I would have to go in the afternoon ... Not bad, I change the tires, but instead of those bought by me they mount those of another customer! Patience: in the end, after three hours in the workshop, I find the tires purchased by me, the muffler reassembled well and better, the crankcase mounted wrongly and the balancing weights half detached; I was not too surprised having seen the tire dealer working in a dark corner of the workshop. The thing that bothered me the most is that for the assembly I was charged a higher rate than what is shown on the site where I bought the tires and where this workshop appears as an assembly center: procedure not correct at all.
